I purchased this T.V. roughly 5 months ago, and I couldn't be happier. The quality is fantastic and the Android TV features are wonderful. Very user friendly interface, and generally seemless transitions between the different functions. Would buy it again 100/100 times.

Our old tv died after 10 years (also a Sony) so we finally bit the bullet on a 4k tv. I'm so glad we did! I had no idea that the difference in picture quality had increased so much in that time. Easy to set up, lightweight, great picture, tons of apps. A great tv.

Opted for this one after having bad luck with a backlight-bleed problem from an LG 65UH7700. Found that this this one too has a little backlight bleed during dark scenes but not nearly as noticeable as the lg. Overall like this TV. HDR 10 is a small spec under Dolby Vision but is plenty good enough. Other thing this doesn't have is the smart remote as with the Lg which also makes it easier to set up external devices. On the Sony you have to use these small sensors and set them up near the devices you wish to control. A little extra step but not a big deal. Like that this one has Pandora and PS Now which allows you to hook up a PS4 controller and stream a few games. Right now I'm having a problem getting 5.1 from the built in YouTube app but am assuming can be fixed with an update. Other pros and cons here and there but so far so good.

This is a spectacular TV that is worth the price. I don't like the Samsung for its abnormal brightness and the LG for its overly dark rendering. I find Sony provides the right balance. Unless you upgrade frequently these TV's last a long time so it's worth buying a TV equipped for the future and enjoy the quality early. Another great feature is that this is an Android TV and comes with all the essential apps you are used to using from a media consumption perspective. Remote, feature set, user friendliness, all great. I paired this with Comcast X1 and a Bose Soundtouch 130 for the perfect living room experience.

I was looking for a tv not too expensive but future proof as well. This tv has nice features and a good picture. The 4k is hard to judge as not much streams 4k. This should have the tech to future proof instead of just an upscale for future streaming capability.

I had A two year old Sony 60 inch 850 & it died,took out the 5 year warranty and Best Buy was great.The picture on the Sony is great so I bought the 65" 850. The picture on this 4K tv is fantastic,the up scaling is also great. I also got the geek 5 year warranty.

This is a great TV, especially for the price. I was a little worried about the up scaling because I had read a few bad reviews about that problem but Sony did an excellent job with this. This TV looks fantastic and it is exceptional when playing video game systems.

This TV has excellent picture quality. I have no complaints. However, I found out today (8/11/16) that the price had dropped $200, so I called Best Buy Customer Service to ask if they can price match. I purchased the TV on July 9, so today it is 2 days past the return policy of 30 days, and they said NO. This is so incredibly frustrating for a long time customer like me (over 15 years). What does Best Buy expect - for me to check the price daily for 30 days in case there's another price drop? The only reason I found out was a friend was asking what TV I purchased, so I went back to the Best Buy website to get the model number. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy. Once I pay off the balance on the Best Buy credit card, I'm cancelling that account as well. In this day and age of retail competition, there are other retailers out there. --- a very frustrated long-time Best Buy customer

I purchased this TV directly from my local Best Buy Store about a month ago. So far I have been very happy. The only annoyance is that the TV will not stay connected to my wifi network. I don't have that problem with any of my other devices. Other than that, the picture is beautiful and the menus and interface is very user friendly. I would recommend this TV.

I purchased this tv before Black Friday and I am not disappointed. The picture is great and when using the Sony sound bar it has a great feature that I am able to turn on the tv the soundbar and the cable by only pressing the power button on my Comcast remote. There are plenty more features this tv has that I have not had time to explore however giving you an opinion on the picture which is life like because the tv has the ability to take standard 1080p HD and upresolution the picture into 4k. This tv also has the fastest frame rate of up to 960hz which when explained to me every pixel used will be replaced by 3 so it is great when watching sports! The speakers in the tv work well enough however purchasing the Sony HT-NT5 sound bar is worth the money. So to sum it up if you want a life like picture this is the tv for you, if you prefer the brightness of the Samsung then go that route.

We have again purchased a Sony product. As in the past this 4K TV just happens to be another fine example of excellence in manufacturing. Setup is almost simple In that the onscreen instructions are so well presented that there can be no problems unless the new buyer fails to follow them. Another product which may not be what some might consider "cheap" at the current price, but every penny spent is repaid in satisfaction. A picture so realistic with colors that rival true natural scenery. Facial features so precise that one can easily see even the smallest detail. With Sony you can rest assured that your purchase of this and other equipment is money well spent which will provide years of enjoyment.

The 4K clarity is remarkable. I haven't been able to try all the features, but we are loving the TV so far. The price was great and the knowledge of the associate that helped us really pushed us towards this purchase. We are very happy so far, great TV!

We made this purchase after considering all reviews. The contrast is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the picture quality. The colors are clear and vibrant. We had friends over last weekend and it was better than being in a movie theatre.

This Sony 65 inch TV is amazing the colors are bright. The football live setting makes it seem like I'm at the game not at home. While watching movies the scenes look surreal. Definitely worth it the price is a bit high but you get what you pay for.

I was at Best Buy for an hour looking at every TV in this range. Great TV for sports/movies etc. Vivid picture, even 720P looks good. Easy to program and use. Slim frame is very nice too. Yes, you can spend less, but this TV is worth a little more!

I have not been able use this TV to its fullest capabilities very often (watching NHL playoffs using PS Vue produces mixed results but that's Vue's fault, not the TV) but when I am able, the picture is amazing. Even regular 1080 looks crisp and clean. I read reviews here first and a couple made me apprehensive stating they were getting color bleeding or fading in the corners. Mine's been flawless so far. There seems to be a factory preset to make anything you're watching look good and, if not, the level of picture customization options is robust. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the 120hz refresh rate which can sometimes cause motion blur but it's not noticeable on any 4k content I've seen so far or blue rays or video games. I'm a gamer and a game I've been playing for two years now looked and felt like a brand new game when I played it on this TV for the first time. Other games that are big, open world games look fantastic. I don't use the TV speakers as I've got surround sound hooked up so I can't comment there. I don't use the smart functions much either but they're easy to set up and use. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and would recommend it any day.
