The 240 hz refresh rate is awesome for watching sports and the picture quality is great when watching kids movies. It is a great tv for the price and everyone is happy.

The light bleed was a major issue with the tv I had. There were no blacks on screen, just various shades of grey. Otherwise, amazing color representation, and some of the brightest HDR highlights I've ever seen.

I love the color sound clarity and the size kinda like a diamond definitely a girls best friend during the cold winter. Turn on tv hit Netflix lite a fire grab a drink and settle in for the night!

We buy all our TVS iPads etc. at Best Buy and never had a problem...so we will continue to support BB in the future. In fact, we'll be going tomorrow for another TV...

It has an awesome picture and uses most of the smart TV apps I use to stream my ultraviolet movie collection. I with the remote were more responsive. I have to press buttons several times sometimes for it to respond.

Once I got home and hooked it up I fell in love with it even more! This TV meets my needs since I play a lot of video games. If you're looking for a TV to buy I would recommend it 100%

Sony's 4k upscaling is wonderful. Owned a Samsung TV prior to this, but will stick to Sony moving forward based on how happy we are with this model.

Sony Wega I purchased in 2005....That TV which has worked flawlessly for the past 12 years now resides shelf mounted in my bedroom....Looking forward to the same service from this set.
