This purchase was an exceptional deal with unprecedented quality. The personnel in the store fully understood each product and helped me make the right choice.

A couple of quirks. Once it turned on by itself. No one was in the room. Another time I turned it on and had audio but no picture (a blue screen). Had to turn it off and then back on. Other than those two incidents, I love the TV.

Absolutely love this tv. The picture is so clean and pure. It's very user friendly and works wonderfully with my PlayStation 4. Gaming is a whole new experience.

I had the geek squad deliver and setup the TV. It has a great picture and is very easy to use. We love the 4K picture and WIFI options. A very, very good buy.

Took a little bit of time setting up TV. Not because TV was difficult, but internet gave me a bit of challenge. Nevertheless was able to make it all work.

Easy setup and looks great on the wall. Excellent picture! Great online interactive features. Soundbar is a must as the built in speakers are a bit tinny.

Movies are great with this TV, picture seems even better then when viewed in store. Built cabinet with TV lift so you only see screen when you are viewing it.

Our 12 year old Sony was still working great but wanted to upgrade, have always had great luck Sony reliability so chose this model ... So far just as hoped!

Sales representative was awesome. He was helpful and quick. He knew what all about the required cables needed for the TV. Very nice young man. Very polite.

Absolutely no complaints: a wonderful tv. Had the Geek Squad install it and all related equipment. No trouble at all.

This Sony was easy to set up and looks fantastic. Interface is easy to follow and lots of choices to calibrate the picture...lots of hdmi inputs are nice too

We purchased our new Sony Ultra 4k 65" tv a couple months ago and are very pleased with it's picture quality, user interface, and the remote control layout.

I only buy Sony When it comes to tv's. This 4K tv is the best one I've had yet. The picture quality is amazing. I got a deal on it too. This is a must get.

A little hard to set up but bought the extended warranty an had Geeks help a few days later, would recommend the extended warranty an they were of great help

I bought this TV to replace my Panasonic Plasma TV because it was becoming hard to see low light scenes in TV shows or movies. The Sony is much brighter.

No place to buy but at Best Buy! If you are looking for a great $K TV ...This is it. Highly Recommend...and this from a guy who has not been a big Sony fan.

I had a 46" flat TV for over 10 years, and felt I was watching a good picture BUT this new 65" Smart TV is 100 times the watching. Love I made the change.

After a bit of a clunky start where the TV continued to lose connection and in return froze (shutting down several apps / services), it has been stable for several weeks now. Overall, pretty happy with the picture and sound.

Absolutely the best TV I have ever owned. Great picture and 4k is unbelievable. Set it up,turned it on and haven't touched any settings since. Remarkable!
