Wanted a great 65" TV without spending a lot of money. This Sony did the job. Our salesman was a huge help and made the whole experience easy.

I LOVE my new 65" TV ... there is no large border. The screen goes right to the edge and the picture is crystal clear ... sharp and beautiful!

I have been a Sony TV owner for years and our need for a larger screen TV was necessary. This product fit all of our needs and requirements.

Easy to mount connect and set up. Took 20 minutes from beginning to end. Found the price was reduced by Best Buy within permitted period. Brought receipt to store and got $300 credit on card. Good experience.

I have bought Sony TV's for years and there is a good reason, the quality on the high end sets are really nice and I've never had an issue.

Best TV’s IMO. I have 4 of them and will never purchase any other TV. Huge fan of Sony and would recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with the display for quality. Wish I would have purchased the Sony 4k led instead for a clearer picture. Since this was a little cheaper, it allowed me to purchased the Bose soundbar.

Great tv all around. I purchased this tv because of the Android operating system. This allows me to run Kodi without any other devices.

I was skeptical as this was my first big tv purchase. There was no need! This tv is simple to use and has a fantastic display!

I considered the Samsung 8000 series and the Vizio P series, but this one had better 4K upscaling reviews. I am very happy with my choice.

I was interested in HDR tech and wanted to try a different brand than Samsung since I'd not had the best of luck with my 4K Samsung. Best Buy had a promo where this was going to be $300 off for one day only in November so I went beforehand to check out the TV and was very satisfied with the way it looked. But I guess that's how they get you. Things look fantastic in the store and then you bring them home and...Not so much. I feel like I need an engineering degree to "calibrate" my TV. I experimented with all the presets and couldn't find one that worked across all platforms i.e., live TV, streaming, sports, video games , Blu-Rays etc. There was always something amiss with one or the other. Video games being the best and live TV being the worst. I don't know about anyone else but I don't want to spend over $1200 on a TV that won't give a good picture on live TV. But anyway, the presets didn't work so I bought a calibration disc and fiddled with it and still couldn't get things working well. But this stuff isn't even the worst of the problems. Right from the get-go there was tremendous backlight bleeding in all four corners. If you're on a night scene or like a movie in widescreen format, there are white clouds behind all four corners of the TV. Highly visible and VERY distracting. I couldn't believe it. I thought how did I end up with a lemon out of all the TV's in Best Buy and the city of Baltimore? But apparently this sort of thing is a common issue with Sony TV's and monitors or TV's in general. I have never personally seen it until I spent more money on a TV than I have ever before in my entire life. Go figure. In addition to this, in the short time I've owned the TV, today is 12/6 and I bought it around 11/6, the TV has simply gone off in the middle of things and rebooted all by itself several times. And has also frozen to the point that it wouldn't respond to the remotes at all. I had to go look up where the power switch was to turn it off to reset it and pressed the button and IT didn't work. I then had to unplug the TV and plug it back in. Brand spanking new. This thing is a piece of garbage as far as I can tell. I found an email address in reviews here and have a call set up with Sony for today so maybe I will update this to say everything is wonderful but I'm skeptical. I was more upset because I went away for Thanksgiving and thought I missed the return window for the TV but it looks like with Elite Plus there's a chance I can still return and exchange it. If these Sony techs can't help me today or they tell me something like update software (as if I didn't try that already) or to turn the brightness down then it's going back to Best Buy for a different product and brand entirely.

My new Sony has been a good purchase, no problems at all. Syncs with my sony sound bar, has google search for info, voice command , and that feacher works good. Over all satisfied, would purchase again.
