    Nice looking tv, nice picture but i was expecting better. My other tv' s are only HD and about 10 years old. This tv picture while good is not any better than my old HD pictures. I have the highest Fios signal and the proper 4k wireing.

    Had to return the first for screen burn. 2nd one has a tiny little bit as well. Honestly,y thought the picture was going to be a lot clearer. Feel like everything is just blown up big, and nothing is really that "crisp".

    Honestly, I was testing TV's with a price tag up to 1500 and this was worse .. Why ? 1. Menu - bad, not intuitive 2. Slow menu 3. Bad color quality 4. Bad picture quality 5. Picture wasn't bright comparing to Samsung 6. There's is not such a thing like smoothness in this TV See picture attached I have a bunch of 4K videos - and all of them on this TV was bad. Really, I was about to quit from Samsung and step into Sony world - what a disappointment EDIT : I can't upload photos because 5mb limit ... jeezzzz ... if I compress them - the look even worse and that's not the point .... C'mon best buy !!

    This is my 3rd try with this TV. First two were returned, one with bad bleeding and the other had scratches on the screen out of the box. TV looks fine, still see some white ghosting bit better than the first one.

    I've always trusted Sony but this TV is garbage. Light bleed is a major issue, motion blur sucks and don't expect near true black. $1500 I wish I could have back

      * Reduce the Back light Level in the Picture Settings Menu.
      * Turn the Light Sensor setting to On in the Setup Menu.
      * Change the Power Saving setting to Low or High in the Setup Menu.
      * Set the Picture Mode to Standard in the Settings Menu.

    I was hoping for better picture and also we did buy the Bose sound system with it too because if not we would be returning it but then again they don't make Rv's now days to have good sound on there own.

    Screen died after 18 months

    TV was great until the screen died. Purchased May 2016. Screen died October 2017. The upper left corner of the screen went bad and it causes the picture on the entire screen to jump.

    Great TV with everything you want but lacks good sound quality. Had to buy a sound bar to hear but even the sound bar doesn't do much. If you buy this TV, invest in a surround sound system!

    TV is very thin and light weight easy to move around. The smart tv feature isn't as useful as I thought it would be. The quality of the 4K is amazing but the price wasn't too affordable.

    Great picture. Unfortunately the HDMI 1 port didn't work on the first TV. Sony sent me another after hours of being on the phone. The 2nd TV had the same exact problem. I was suppose to get a 3rd TV sent in a few days but they screwed up my claim number with another customer so I had to spend another 2 hours on the phone fixing that problem. I finally got the 3rd TV which work fine. In all I spent more than 15 hours on the phone, waiting for deliveries and setting up 3 TV's. Sony could care less about all the time I spent.

    HDMI ports not working and painful experience

    HDMI ports are not working with external audio. Sony support team tried to figure out the issue for 3 long hours but could not fix the issue. Do not recommend the product

    This television was purchased with the intention of watching hockey games through the NHL app. At the store, we specifically asked if this was the best TV for our intentions and was told yes, it is wonderful, etc. Once installed, they realize it DOES NOT have the NHL app, nor can you get it without purchasing additional equipment. We had to go back to the store, purchase a Chrome Cast box and are now hoping the picture and timing will be okay. Really disappointing that there is no app and no ability to login from the internet.

    The television looked better at Best Buy than it does in my home. I guess if you get 4k movies you can get the quality that is shown at the store like the 4k video loop.

    Amazing Picture, Android/Google OS is excellent, I'm a owner of a NEXUS 5 Google phone flawless interaction between cell and tv. The TV comes with One Remote with voice control, thin panel and barely no bezel beautiful. I sold my Panasonic 65" VT60 and was in the market again looked around @ BB, did some online research I came down to SONY. This TV is a true competitor to the VT 60 Series the picture is outstanding 1080 signal or any lower content gets upscale to 4k no menu options for that the tv does it by itself. The 4k content is absolutely unreal just press the voice control and speak 4k content and you will get a ton of 4k videos to view. The speakers are great turn off the clear audio+ off, I switched to cinema pro home picture settings and cinema motion to low or off. The picture of this SONY TVS compare to Samsung TVs is as real looking as they can be, compare the pictures at the stores you will see the difference the Samsung TV's are more computerized looking pictures as for the SONY TV's the picture, movies, programming look more realistic. CON $$$$ Price

    TV has a good ( Not Great ) 4K picture but I would rather watch my 10 year old LG for normal HD viewing . If I had a reset button I would have went with another TV.

    Got it home, Everything about this is great except the audio!!! Glad I have a speaker bar!! Have to turn audio up to 35+ to hear this from 12 feet. Expected better

    It looked amazing in the store but the back lighting was flickering the first day I set it up at my house. Returned it for Samsung and I have not had a problem.

    After 3 months, tv started to freeze and not responding any function. Good think i bought the extra guarantee. Thay came home and change motherboard

    This technology has not iron out all the bugs. Bought a 4K HDMI cord n didn't seen a big difference while watching a 4K movie. Rtn tv n bought a Samsung.

    The picture on this TV is good for television shows and movies. If you plan on playing on this with the 4K HDR, be prepared to die a lot. It has a 57.4 ms input lag, and the lag is really noticeable. This is after Sony had patched it down from 100ms. The LG and Samsung models comparable to this are below 20ms by comparison. I will be returning this TV on my next day off.
