Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told this was a Smart TV. Maybe I didn't understand the terminology. It does have Netflix but it does not have a browser to surf the Internet.

Light bleed issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned 2 Sony 900C's for light bleed and was advised that issues were resolved in 850D. They are not. The 850D had blotchy light bleed visible in a darkened room all along the bottom edge and also had cloudy light bleed in the upper corners. This is very disappointing at this price point. Shame on you Sony for lack of quality in your product.

Not a Sony Fan
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a Samsung fan and have had great results every time I went with Samsung. I ended up returning this tv for the Samsung I originally wanted. I was swayed to get a Sony and did not like the picture or the sound. I constantly had to adjust it for whatever I was watching or listening to. Annoying. But again, if you're a Sony fan and purchase additional products and sound bars with it, you'll probably enjoy it.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish it hadn't cracked because Sony nor Best Buy would stand behind replacing it. No accidental insurance apparently!

Flimsy Construction. No Help from Sony or Best Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this TV a month a go and its already a worthless paper weight. After a minor Impact most of the screen no longer works. We've had a had a Sharp Aquos Purchased at Best Buy 3 years ago that has Taken Several Impacts of Similar if not worse magnitude with no issue or even a Scratch. In reviewing the screen there is not damage to the surface of the XBR-65X850D just the pixels underneath no longer function. In reaching out to BestBuy for Replacement or Repair information they just laugh and say contact the Manufacture. In reaching out to Sony they just referred us to best buy. After our 3rd call attempt to Sony they gave us information to a TV repair location in our area. In contacting the Repairman They stated that no one can repair 4k HDTVS yet and even if they could the cost would be double the Purchase of the TV. So again Final Warning Buyer beware even a stiff Breeze could damage this poorly constructed Tissue Paper Like TV. Additionally I hope you never have to deal with Best buy or Sony's customer service Departments in your life time.

Disappointed in Sony
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this tv until last night. We've had the tv about six weeks and while we were watching the Olympics last night, the picture went out. We have sound, but no picture. Thankfully, we bought the extended warranty. The Geek Squad has ordered a new computer board and it will take a week to get here. Very disappointed in this $2500 Sony product!

Sony let down...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bent frame. The frame on the 2016 Sony TVs all seem to bend. Even checked the stores Sony TV and it was bent. Not going to risk damage later on to the screen from the frame bending in. Huge issue with them. Hope others see it. Beautiful design. Poor structure.
