While it doesn't possess the best picture on the market, the quality is good. You can easily tell the difference between 4k/1080p, and HDR vs Non-HDR. I do find myself occasionally having to go back and tweak settings depending on the media being consumed. The image processing/smoothing is good when watching movies, but I turn it off for games because it can cause some artifacts during fast paced scenes. The Android interface is decent, but I prefer the XBOX One menu navigation for streaming apps with the exception of Playstation Vue. Overall, the quality of the set is good and worth the purchase price.

Love the quality of the picture and ease of use. I also purchased the Sony sound bar and I am very satisfied.

Love the TV, was a little worried about not having 4K with Direct TV currently, but as soon as I hooked up the TV, the picture clarity and crispness was a dramatic difference compared to my Samsung LED 55in TV. The prices for 4K streaming are a little ridiculous so I will wait a while on that and I do not like the entire menu scheme in the TV to find things however it works great with my current AV Setup and I have no regrets. Definitely a great TV at a Great Price!

I returned the first one because the picture was Fuzzy. The 2nd TV was night and day different. The picture is not overly bright and very clear. It is very realistic. You have to adjust the sound settings because the out-of-the-box settings are very muffled and low. I have a soundbar so that was not a big deal. The apps boot up fast and I have no problems with connectivity. I bought the TV on sale and had a discount coupon on top of that so for the price I paid I am very happy with this television. I don't play video games and rarely watch movies. I watch sports and cable TV and the picture is more than satisfying.

I've owned this tv for a little over a month and as far as I can tell it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. It has an amazing picture! I paired it with the Bose solo 15 soundbase which the tv stand sits on perfectly. I had to play with the motion settings for a while to get sports to look just like I wanted but once I got it set it was gold! Definitely Recommend!

This TV has great picture quality and was easy to setup. The only downside it that working this tv with the Sony soundbar can be difficult to get a handle of initially.

We bought this TV to replace an older Sony Bravia 52" bought in 2007. While the older TV still worked and looked awesome, we wanted a larger screen and a flatter profile for the living room. This TV looks great, super thin while still providing an awesome picture. On-screen menus are quite as simple as the previous TV, but still easy to navigate settings. Best Buy had it on sale over the holidays for $1,400, so it was hard to pass up. Glad we did it.

This tv has an excellent picture. Really like the features. Only complaint is it loses wifi signal now and again and i have to go into the settings and fiddle with it.

The first 65 in 850 I bought was Fuzzy and not clear. My five year old 55 inch Samsung looked clearer and more crisp than the new Sony. After speaking with the sales rep, who has the same TV, he informed me that it was possibly a bad processor and that his TV was flawless. He convinced me to just exchange the unit. I am very pleased with the new television. It is Crystal Clear bright and vibrant. The television syncs well with a Sony soundbar.
