I bought this and it was delivered on May 1. I also bought a Sony sound bar. My wife and I have been thrilled with both products. The picture and all the features of TV are mind blowing, and the sound bar provides great sound and great bass. All in all, two great purchases!

We had no idea what we were missing until we purchased this TV. The crisp clear colors and images make this TV a winner for us! The only thing that needs to be worked on is the connectivity to Netflix. Seems it hangs up every time we open it, which is daily. At least once a week it will not work at all until we physically unplug the TV. Wish there was an easier way to reboot the system. Suspect it is an Android issue. We Love the TV though!

Really enjoy this Sony TV , stuning pictures quality and the price is very reasonable .

I was always a Samsung TV guy prior to this purchase, however, I will now be a Sony guy. I went back and forth between Sony vs Samsung. So I thought I'd go to Best Buy and ask the sales associates their thoughts. What they told me turned me to this TV, and I am 100% satisfied that 5 of the 6 associates said, "go with Sony". That's exactly what I did, and all I have to say is WOW!!! What a great picture!

I adore this tv the color is fantastic and its picture is sooo amazing. The size I thought might be too big but it is so sharp and clear that it engrosses you in whatever show u are watching. The only complaint I have is the sound while it's good with out a sound system with a tv this large and good u need to get a subwoofer and surround speakers it really upgrades the experience to something special.

All the new 4K screens are beautiful, but we went a little extra on this model and got (what we feel) is a slightly better picture. Viewed options in the store, and this seemed to have the best clarity. Definitely low profile, did struggle some with getting the sound options straightened out with our existing sound system. Did not feel install crew adequately addressed this aspect of the install.

For the price, size, and quality of product its better than any other the same size or resolution I have every seen. Crisp pictures, bright colors that make sense and not over done. Black blacks and white whites. I you have the budget and need a tv that will last a long time, this should be on the list of tvs you want to get.

Although 4K is not broadcast, and I do not take advantage of 4K on Netflix etc, etc,,, the picture on this TV for the shows and sports that I watch was too good to pass up. I previously had a (50"), so getting a (65") was not a mind bending experience. Having said that, this TV has a great picture. I'm very happy with my Best Buy experience, and with my Sony 4K TV. And yes, I'd recommend both to a friend.

This tv has awesome picture quality! This is the nicest tv I have ever purchased and I really enjoy watching the big blockbuster movies on it. I am really impressed with it. I would recommend getting a soundbar with it. Big improvement on the remotes, much higher quality. I have always bought Sony products and I worked at Best Buy for a few years when I was younger.This tv is worth the money.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The picture is fantastic, much better than the over-saturated Samsung TVs. The colors are realistic, the blacks are deep, and the picture is sharp. The only part I'm still not sure of is the O/S. I've always avoided smart TVs but was forced into one at this price point. This TV includes a modified Android O/S. It works OK, but I find myself still using my Roku.

I decided to go with the Sony over the Samsung because the Sony picture looked much more natural than the Samsung. The associate also informed me that the Sony would do better in a space that gets a lot of light and he was 100% correct. Make sure you spend a little extra money to get proper HDMI cables. I could really tell the difference when I went from a Monster HDMI to the Audioquest Vodka HDMI

TV has lots of features and quite big and clear. Hot a good TV with a good price.

While the picture quality is incredible, the smart TV functionality leaves a lot to be desired. Also, it is also a little slow at detecting another input and switching to it.

Great picture, easy to use , thin so use caution. Installation was easy on wall mount. The voice feature on remote needs to be fine tuned.

This SONY TV needs a higher pedestal, since the Soundbar blocks the remote control signals when I am seated. I had to put a couple of 2x10's under the pedestal to elevate the TV enough to preclude this. The remote controls are hard to get used to and take a lot of time to learn. I really like the voice recognition feature and use it a lot with YouTube--instead of the primitive on-screen keyboard. BestBuy sales advice was wrong, and it has been a hassle with BB from the beginning to get the system properly setup and operating.

We bought this based on the great sales agent who walked us through each of the TV's based on our price range. We were headed in a different direction till he helped explain why this TV was the best in picture while staying in our budget. The picture is amazing. All the added apps and features makes this a great TV for a reasonable price. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a TV and this met everything I was looking for. It is in the Tech 20 list. Picture quality is perfect and works great for TV shows, movies and gaming. It also offers some great features with the smart TV and allows for you to watch Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO GO and many of the other streaming services. If you looking for a TV this is the one to get!

Great picture, easy to watch. Performance is way was advertised. Viberant colors.
