I replaced an old 60" Sony with this 65" Sony and the difference is amazing. I'm looking forward to 4K/HDR but haven't tried it yet. So glad all the set-up and controls are in the remote and not an internet app. The sound isn't the best but I'm now running 5.1 surround sound so no longer have any audio complaints. Delivery was perfect and for $15 Best Buy hauled away the old set. Painless!

Very satisfied with this Sony 65 smart TV 4K, perfect color, picture and motion.

For the price, I think this is an excellent TV. You get the 4k picture, HDR, streaming services, and slick design for under $1500. Not bad seeing that the next step is OLED, but those TV"s aren't worth the price to me. Stunning picture quality even when watching movies from ps4, but I will be purchasing a 4k player soon to take advantage of the colors and upscaling features on the TV.

I spent a great deal of time researching and learning the differences between LED and OLED as well as the capabilities of HDR...etc, etc, etc. When I did some comparison viewings in store and even in the Magnolia room (that's the dark room in the back where everything looks perfect and significantly more costly), this 65" 4k stood out as the best value vs quality of all. There are certainly cheaper 65" 4Ks out there, but they have some picture quality issues that the Sony did not have. The richness of the blacks is most stunning. When a scene is black, the set literally looks off, not dark gray or dark dark gray. It is off. The colors are true and I have experienced absolutely no edge bleeding. Durability? It's a month old. We'll see. The 4k is crisp and the upres ability of 2k material to 4k is really shocking. Way better than I expected. The voice activated smart TV features work every time...take a big lesson Siri. And when I looked at the open-box returns section at my local Best Buy, it was 95% Samsungs. A few Vizios but NO Sony's. So buyer beware.

This tv is everything you would or could want. Easy set up and great picture.

I owned last years XBR65 and a lightning strike messed it up, so I bought this years model with the High Dynamic Range picture. It's quite a difference! Colors are more vivid and pop realism. I have a Sony soundbar attached, but the native speakers are surprisingly good. I have the unit wall mounted above a fireplace and I think the sound reflecting from the wall behind it helps a lot.

I had a nice Sony flat screen but it was ancient in electronics age (8 yrs. ) and although there was nothing wrong with it, I felt the need to upgrade. I did my homework and studied the performance characteristics of the leading manufacturers 4K UHD TVs and kept coming back to the Sony brand. Inherent reliability, picture quality and price were features that sold me on this model.

Great picture! Easy to operate and set up. Poor speakers not very loud a sound bar will most likely be needed.

This is our first smart TV. Great picture and ease of use of streaming features.

The picture on this tv is awesome. We have this in a basement media room with no external light source so I can't comment on the effect that might have, however, this is our 2nd Sony television and both of them are far and away bettter than our LG and Samsung. Also, my son hooked up his Xbox and reports that the gaming experience is incredible. (If you're in to that kind of thing...)

Color is fantastic,no lag with Xbox 1s.4k is work very well,overall great tv.

This tv was very easy to set up and we are very happy with the great picture.

The first movie I watched happened to be a 4K movie. WOW! My 10 year old Sony Bravia does not even come close to it. The picture feels that it is as close to real as anything I've seen before. Details are phenomenal.

Easy set up, superb picture. Purchased an LG first and was not impressed, returned it for the Sony. Love the apps and Wi-fi as well as the Direct-TV compatability. Beautiful picture. Only downside is there is not an extensive manual on capabilities and adjustments, but that seems the trend with all the TV's.
