I have NEVER been dissatisfied or disappointed in any Sony product I have purchased. Here again is a winner! I had narrowed down my choices to the Sony or a like featured Samsung and made my choice with a combination of highest reviews and personal experience with past Sony products. The sales price was also a good incentive. I would have loved to went to the 75" comparable model Sony, but could not justify the over $1000 aditional cost for it. I replaced a 4-year old VIZIO 70" that was showing it's age. I really don't miss the 5" reduced picture size since the Sony quality and features are sooo much better than the Vizio ever was! I went online after hookup and went with a YouTube Video recommended set up. I then made a few minor tweaks to my personal likes. Great picture and sound quality. I use both the built in speakers and added an inexpensive computer 2.1 with subwoofer speaker setup that I route through the headphone jack. Sounds amazing for the $59 invested! This TV has way more features than I will ever use, but ALL the ones I want! I especially like the moisture/crud resistant rubberized all in one remote, the picture off while listening to music, and the other quick access on remote features. Highly Recommended!!! As ALWAYS, glad that I made the Sony choice!

Great picture quality. Easy setup, too! The only problem we had was finding a spot big enough in our room to set the tv up!

When I got this tv home boy did it feel huge. I have adjusted to the size of it and it's a decent tv. My last couple of tvs were made by Samsung and I think I still prefer that brand. If I could have returned it without asking someone to help transport it I would have, it's just a bit large for the room it is in. It's big thin and ok. I have not changed the settings for color as it was good right out of the box. Let's see if it lasts as long as my Samsung tvs which are still going strong.

My living room tv was going out so I bought this Sony on a recommendation from a coworker and I am beyond impressed, and being 4K ready is definitely a plus. Picture is clear and lifelike, only complaint(but every flat panel I've ever owned is the same) is the tv speakers. I had to have the volume almost maxed out to hear. Recommend a sound bar to go with.

I was torn between getting the 750D or 850D model but looking back think I made the right choice. Richer colors due to the chip not in the 750D model and is pretty much future prove for the foreseeable future. Quality picture that stands up to more expensive sets and have not experienced any bleeding/bleaching that was existent in 2015 models. Would highly recommend.

Been wanting this TV for quite some time when it first came out. Shopped around and Best Buy had the best deal and best shipping option. The shipping was so convenient and they delivered on a Saturday! The delivery guys were very friendly and they helped with unpack and discarding of box. Overall the TV is excellent in quality and Sony is just the brand if you want style!

I had a disaster Friday before the Super Bowl. I needed a TV. I did some shopping read some reviews and decided I wanted a 4K smart among other things. I looked at a number of units and decided on Sony and 65". They had an open box that was marked down about 15%. It's light .. awesome picture ... I have used Netflix ... it is a one button navigation.. Awesome!!

Great picture with nice refresh rate. I watch lots of sports with fast movement and for the most part the pic is incredible. There are times when the pic is not as crisp and I had someone in the TV industry tell me that that is usually affected by the type of broadcasting equipment used at that particular event. Not sure that is correct, but seemed to make sense.

I have never in my life had experience TV viewing as I have been since purchasing this TV. Wow!! Went with this model instead of the Samsung comparable and I'm glad I decided to go with the Sony. Picture is superb and the add on of android TV is even better, it's like having a built in chromecast. Also purchased the 5 year geek squad protection for peace of mind.

Our entire family loves the picture and the ease of using the apps.

Came in to buy a Samsung 4K HDTV, but was persuaded to purchase this Sony as a "similar quality, less expensive (on sale)" alternative. I'm happy with this purchase. As with all electronics, there was a learning curve to figure out how to set it up properly, which was compounded by lack of detail in the owners manual. (Neither is a problem on the part of BB). Conversely, the salesperson had inadequate knowledge of the DVD players and convinced me to buy the wrong DVD player even after I repeatedly questioned if the Sony DVD player was a true 4K player or only upgraded the input signal. The salesperson assured me it was true 4K, After setting up everything, I found that the DVD player would not play the 4K DVD I also purchased - only played regular definition or standard Blu-rays - because it was signal upgrade-only. When I returned to the store, the Geek Squad guy quickly recognized the DVD player was not 4K compatible. After some research, he determined that my BB store did not have any true 4K DVD players in stock nor did the BB system have any that were Sony-branded (so I could keep TV/DVD brands aligned). I returned the non-4K DVD player to BB for a refund. After further research online, I ultimately bought a true 4K DVD Samsung player from one of your competitors.

Outstanding pic quality. Easy to set up and awsthetically impressive.

This is an excellent TV. However, as with any new technology, there are some software issues, particularly with the Android prompts that occasionally disable the TV and remotes. Geek Squad hasn't been able to resolve the issue, so I'm waiting on a new TV. Would highly recommend this TV.

Where do I start ! This tv is great!!! I can definitely tell the difference between my old standard outdated plasma and this one. The dark seanes on game of thrones look great all the details stand out! We have the TV set up where it changes background light depending on the seane to be able to display all my shows in the best quality! This is a buy I do not regret !
