The navigation through the TV is pretty good overall. What I think they could improve and less I got a faulty remote unit is that. I have changed the batteries three times and occasionally it does not work as I am pressing buttons so I'm moving throughout my room getting closer going up and down and trying to see if I could get some sort of communication from the remote to the TV.

This TV has all the features that I always wanted...and some. My wife is still in awe at the picture quality and beauty...and the amazing features..She now spends half the night in front of the TV...then she comes to bed...its all good . Happy wife... happy TV...I mean husband.

We recently moved and purchase this new 65" TV and which we love. The sales rep was such a great help and made sure we got the best TV for the money. It fits perfectly in our new house and is so easy to use and gets a great picture. We would recommend this TV for your home.

I purchased this tv so I could upgrade to a 4k capable display and WOW!!! what a beautiful picture. The live football mode is very nice because I'm a big sports fan but the picture is crisp and clean. I also trust sony and I have never had an issue with any of there products.

We purchased this TV and have been extremely impressed and happy with it. Watching football, movies and other programs in HD is fantastic. Made our decision after seeing daughter and son-in-laws TV. Found the reviews helpful, but seeing the TV in a home with HD, sealed the deal.

Long Standing Sony guy, I did extensive research searching out various 4k TV's to purchase, kept coming back to Sony. The clarity of picture on the SONY 4K HDR (65 inch) is far superior to other products at the same price point (e.g. Samsung, Vizio, LG). So happy with the TV

The salesman was very knowledgeable he explained the differences between the major brands and we choose the sony . Now we have it home and are very happy with the tv and we searched for a better price but Best Buy was the same as everyone else and no shipping charges

I was influenced to get this TV based on reviews and comments about the TV from a Best Buy associate. I upgraded from a 65 inch LG 1080p and the picture quality is actually worse than the LG. But I soon learned that unless its in 4K, a 1080 picture will be upscaled and it won't look clear. It's 2017 and 4K technology is still rare so I guess I'll get used to the picture.

You can always count on Sony’s great picture quality for crisp color and very defined lifelike skin tones. If your looking for longevity than you can’t beat a Sony especially since they have very good quality construction and very high quality parts!

The best TV picture that I ever have seen. I like the Smart Apps although I am an avid ROKU fan. Local TV station come in crisp and clear. I had the Geek Squad set up the TV on a full motion wall rack. It has been a month now since getting the TV and so for it has work great.

I love this tv. Picture is really great Sound is ok but I use a sound bar which is much better. Only issue I have is once in the while for no reason at all the tv will stop and reboot itself. Android screen comes up for a minute then back to tv. Internet browser is awful

Excellent color the blues the blacks the reds the greens all come together to bring a vibrant screen this tv has a lot of options more than ill ever use slim profile makes for a great looking tv my old tv was a 60 in and was only 1 in smaller due to the smaller bezel

From beginning to install my experience with the Best Buy staff has been exemplary. The products selected have preformed beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend Best Buy and these products to anyone looking for a complete home theater system. Thanks Best Buy!

Picture is great. Very dynamic colors. Perfect size for a living room.

Don't get me wrong, the picture is great but i found myself very annoyed at the light bleed (flashlighting) around the edges of the picture and even worse in the bottom right corner. For a set at this price range i was hoping not to see that despite being an edge lit panel. Another issue that started popping up was a distinct white line going horizontally across the picture. The only fix seemed to be to turn it on and off again. The black levels leave a little to be desired. Like i said, the picture is very nice and in absolutely capable of delivering stunning pictures. I have a friend with the same tv who also has the light bleed in the corners. If you have a keen eye for this type of thing, i'd consider the Samsung KS8000 in the same price range. I have yet to get my replacement but i've read good things.

Many Best Buy store employees try to push this product stating it's better than a comparable Samsung model. From what I can tell, I'm not sure if it's better but it is a pretty good TV with nice picture quality. I kind of felt pressured by the store staff to buy this one. All this to say, go with your gut, but the tv you want not the ones they tell you to purchase.

The sales tech was great, I didn't want to consider a Sony after having pretty good luck with multiple Samsung TV's for the several years. Glad we made the decision, we love the TV- located next to a wall of windows, we were concerned about picture quality- it's been great.

We purchased this TV to replace an old TV in the family room. My husband liked it so much he put this TV in the media area and moved our Samsung in the family room. The picture and colors are amazing. Watching football on this TV is incredibe, even if your team is not.

I compared the three major brands. Samsung, LG, and Sony, and decided on the Sony. I liked the operating system better and the picture was comparable between all three. I have not been disappointed. In fact I bought my my son one for his house.
