I've read many reviews and after visiting the store there wasn't anything else to be said. Love the picture and each day I sit down in front of this TV I'm even more amazed. Perfect set for the money.

The display video quality is superb. If you have DIRECTV, then I recommend the C61K 4K Genie to get the best quality. As far as sound, the TV is sized for a large room, but the sound is only good for a small room. After spending this much on a TV, I should not need to buy a soundbar.

This TV is very easy to use. Just click on Netflix and it goes there. There are may options for google and for apps. I am old school so I have a hard time with new technology and this tv was easy to set up.

This is the clearest and sharpest TV we have ever had. easy set up and tons of available apps. works really well with SONOS Playbar and speakers. I have nothing but good things to say about this one.

This TV has been great so far. Everything I watch on it looks great. The only complaint I have is that Sony is slow with updates and I don't like how when setting up the TV Sony has so much bloatware that they include and you can't remove it you can only disable and hide it.

Spent a lot of time researching 65" 4k TV's before making this purchase. Spent more than I wanted but very happy with the purchase. No issues or complaints so far. Purchased extended warranty just in case.

I bought this TV because I always wanted a 4K TV, and I had heard that Sony was the way to go… Boy was I right! The screen is incredible the picture and sound is incredible well worth the money

Great quality and awesome picture. One of the best quality & clear Flat screens I've seen. I would recommend this purchase to anyone who's looking for a high-end quality picture for a medium priced TV.

My husband and I currently have two 65" televisions in our living room. Both are mounted on swivel mounts. Our main TV is this one and our secondary is a curved Samsung. We game (Xbox One X & PS4 Pros) and have found that the two TVs allows us to couch co-op without sacrificing viewing area. Of the two TVs, the Sony has been the more reliable. The Samsung will make the Xbox behind it overheat or require restarts far more often (2-3 times a month) than the Sony (maybe twice in a year). I highly recommend having a swivel mount professionally installed for this TV. The size makes it quite cumbersome, even if the weight isn't much. Worth it.

Bought this tv to replace a 9 year old plasma. I was a little nervous about going with an LED tv because of all the sports we watch. Once we got the settings dialed in I was blown away by the picture. There is no lag on fast paced sports or movies. The comments about the black is not black enough is more for the want to be sophisticated types. 99% of the people will never notice. We started watching GOT's on this tv and were amazed at the clarity. If this is the middle of the road Sony I can't imagine how good the picture is on their top of the line model.

Loved the picture, true color and fast refresh making moving viewing a joy. Sound was not the best but already had a sound system that enhanced the audio. Simple easy to use remote and viewing quality.

This is the second Sony Bravia I have owned. I still have the first one and have been very pleased with the picture and longevity of the TV brand. This is the reason that I purchased a second Bravia.

I have always been a Sony fan and this product reminds me of why I like their products so much. Easy to use. Connects to my other Sony devices perfectly and they sync up exactly the way I wanted.

Television is nice and easy to set up. Incredible picture quality and really brings the theater effect home. Thought about a 55 inch but glad I chose the 65 inch. Really makes a dramatic difference

Makes watching shows and movies so much more enjoyable. Almost like being in a movie theater. The more 4K programs that come out the better it will be. Sony is my choice for TV viewing from now on

Decided to go with the Sony this time instead of the Samsung. Love it...The clarity is remarkable and I feel like I'm in the theatre. Easy setup from the onscreen setup menu. Could not be any happier.

TV looks amazing but restarts out of nowhere sometimes.

Set up is easy, remote takes just a minute to learn. Picture is great, bright, sharp. Only drawback is volume sucks. Glad we have soundbar attached, otherwise have to set TV volume at max for most channels. If I had it to do over, might go with different, less expensive model.

I will start by saying that the X850D is an great TV. It features Sony's class leading upscallng techology and has a bright vibrant display with lots of customization options. While this device supports HDR, the screen itself is edge lit, not back-light, which means that the HDR implementation is not up to standard and will look better on devices that properly back light their display. What may be the weakest part of the device is Android OS that runs on a weak MediaTek processor that Sony chose for the TV. The MT5890 processor in this TV is half the power of the best smartphone from 2014. The processor holds up well for the general entertainment apps but if you attempt to do anything that requires a bit of juice you will notice the struggles. All in all, if you know what you are getting into, it is a great TV. I highly recommend it and any gripes about the integrated smart features can be alleviated with a set-top box.
