We looked at all the brands and decide on the Sony 65 inch TV. It has a fabulous picture and the colors are clear and crisp. Multiply features, Wi access make it one of the best TV's I have ever owned

Sony has never let me down when it's come down to televisions. I have been purchasing them for years and continue doing so. The size and 4K picture on this tv is just perfect for what I needed.

I read the outstanding reviews and had a friend highly recommend this TV and it has been awesome. Great picture, real colors and the refresh rate is great for fast pace sports.

First, service at store was optimum as always; the tv hangs on the wall and is according to my likes the best in the market. These two things makes once more my experience at best buy pleasent.

Did a lot of research, LG OLED was out of price range, but absolutely love this Sony. Even though it has good speakers, I bought the Sony HTC90 sound bar - whole viewing experience is awesome!

I purchased this product after reviewing it on display in the store, because the picture quality was so vivid. I was not disappointed when I set it up at home, it was the same as in the store.

10 yrs ago I purchased a rear projection 65" Sony. And every couple of years the lamp would need to be replaced. But once the new lamp was in, it seemed like a new tv again. Well the light engine finally started to go and it was time for a new 4K tv. My research lasted roughly 3 months and brought me full circle, right back to a 65" Sony. While some like the vivid color settings, and some claim the Samsung handles blacks better and Samsung and lg preform better in darker rooms. Once I got the color settings set, I can't find one thing to not love about this tv. Now that I've got the tv in my living room, I can't believe it took me this long to get it. Here's to another 10 yrs.

Bought and returned those television twice. The colors are great excellent menus but poor black contrast. On each set had mild light bleeding from the corners in the bottom of the screen in the black areas. To some people this and might not be a big deal, but to those who want to watch movies in the dark it can be a big problem. On a plus note, the 4K upscaling and motion capabilities of the television were excellent. I'm actually quite sad the blacks in the contrast was so poor on this television. I love Sony products and it's painful to be disappointed in this one. If you watch TV in a brightly lit room mostly her only watch sports this might be the television for you. I myself have finally return this model and I've purchased a Samsung KS – 8000.

got this tv around thanksgiving time, great price and good quality! After talk to the sales representative there and they suggested this tv rather than the Samsung.. and didn't regret it at all!

Quality is very good than samsung beautiful quality. I exchanged it for Sony tv. I like android tv. Xbox one s controller can play on some games apps. Chromecast build is connected quickly too.

We have owned 3 Samsung TVs, a Sharp TV and a Vizio TV and this is the best picture and sound of all of them by far. The staff at the store where we purchased were knowledgeable and friendly.

Tv has great picture, took a few minutes to get use to the apps instead of your typical cable or antenna functions. Having issues with sling, not sure if it's Sling or tv. I have to unplug the tv in order to launch the app . I've uninstalled and reinstalled but same issue

Love my new TV and was very professionally installed by the Geek Squad -- they did an excellent job & I would recommend their services for big screen TV installation where you are mounting on a wall.

I love this tv! Only downside is that it seems to update frequently. Can't wait for more 4k content to be available. Picture is perfect and the live football setting is pretty cool too.

The tv itself is great and I didn’t have any problems with it for the first 9 months I had it, then all of a sudden the remote started draining batteries like no tomorrow (Like I have to replace them every 4-7 days) and there are occasional software problems that pop up, like a few months ago a notification kept popping up that google play stopped working and wouldn’t go away until I signed out of my google account on the tv. For over a month now a notification pops up every time we turn on the tv saying it needs a software update no matter how many times we click yes to update it. I loved it at first but now I’m getting very annoyed with this tv because of its software problems that pop up one after another

For the price this tv was suprisingly good it is super thin and picture was clean and sharp sound could be a bit better. I bought the samsung 6 series and returned it for this.. way better tv

We were looking for a replacement for a 12 year old 55" HD projection cabinet TV, so it did not take much to be an upgrade in picture quality. The online ratings for this model were on par with Samsung and LG. What sold me was that it was the brand owned by all the TV salespeople at Best Buy. They recommended avoiding the base level, and the price was only a couple hundred dollars. The prices on the next levels up were considerably higher. Set up was easy and took less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the picture and range of features. Purchased a Sony sound bar 3 weeks later, and it synched up easily to be able to use one remote. No regrets at all on this purchase!!!

I purchased this TV open box for a great deal and I am very satisfied. Live Football looks excellent. Overall it's everything I expected. I was hoping to see more of a difference with 4k...but I don't really notice a difference when watching. The picture is still excellent.

The picture is great/ there's a setting to enable 4K upscaling on all of the inputs , which really made a huge difference. The sound is not that great, but using surround sound fixed that.

Purchased this tv after the sales associate told me about all the specs. Had my mind set on a Samsung. Glad the sales associate convinced me. Great picture and great tv colors are amazing.
