I really liked the picture on the Sony... for many, it's personal preference when you're comparing the Samsung 65" 800 series and this one. But I found the user interface to require a lot of 'clicking' to get where I wanted to go. Also, the remote had so many buttons and was so small (I must have fat fingers!) that I found myself constantly hitting the wrong buttons and having to back out of various menus. The Samsung picture was comparable, but the user interface and remote was significantly better and became my ultimate choice.

Picture quality is excellent. Too bad the 4K HDMI cables don't come with tv. Very satisfied. Geek Squad did a very professional job mounting it onto our tile wall.

I have only had this tv for about a month now. I am still adjusting it to my liking. I originally had some light at the edges but used Disney WOW to get rid of the issue with adjustments. Great so far.

Great product. Picture quality is fantastic. I was comparing against the Samsung 8000 series and the deciding factor for me was the colors and true clarity of the image. Sony had more defined images and natural yet vibrant color tones.

This tv has a great picture. Have only had it for a month so I don't expect any issues with it as of yet. Sometimes it doesn't recognize the hdmi being plugged in and doesn't show a picture. We have the TV hooked up through a sound bar.

This tv is the best on market. Picture, sound are unbelievable awesome. Highly recommend

This TV was purchased in the store after personally seeing others side by side, this one had the best picture quality(besides a larger one). I personally prefer Sony brand over the rest anyway. I am not disappointed with my purchase.

No complain at all it's not a high end type of 4K tv but it gets the job done. Highly recommended!

Great TV, we enjoy watching more than before. Great picture brings everything into focus as if you are actually there in person. Best TV that I have had so far.

I would definitely buy this monitor again. The picture is sharp. it is a plug and ply so you hook it right up and go...

I own a Sony 65" 4K tv that does NOT have HDR. After buying my 4K Blu-Ray player I wanted a HDR TV as well. When comparing Sony and Samsung they match in nearly every technical spec. Here were the two main differences: 1. The Sony was on sale for roughly $400 less than the Samsung. 2. Samsung runs its own proprietary App Store. Sony uses the Google Play Store. #2 was the big difference for me. Investing in a TV at this cost isn't a small decision, and I didn't want my hands to be tied with the limitations of Samsung's private App Store. I'm more than pleased with the purchase.

I have watched a few 4K shows on this and they look great. However, regular HD is just okay looking on this this compared to the Panasonic plasma that I had. The video games look amazing as well. Overall not a bad tv for the money.

My new TV is awesome,picture is letting me see the background which I had missed before, the entire picture is like I am there.TV is beyond words I love it...

Picture is outstanding and vivid. No need for external speakers, but added anyway.

I used this TV for my outdoor patio (probably not the best place to put such of a nice TV), but it looks AMAZING! Wish I had another one for my living room now.

The up-scaling is amazing, smooth transition even from sport activities. I had minor concerns regarding the system lagging when I try to use remote, but updating to the latest system software seems to sort out this issue so far.

Better than the movie theater picture quality. We were very surprised by the TV's ability to access a great deal of 4K content because of the built in Wi-Fi!

The tv has a great picture and sound. Geek squad set it up, and watching sports on it is very enjoyable. Great experience, and I will recommend it to others.

Had a Samsung high dollar version pal line went out year and ten months ,,,,after warranty run out... return to Sony and love color refresh speed for sports

Picture is clear and sharp. Haven't figured out all the "smart" functions, but haven't really tried. It's very easy to understand, just haven't taken the time.
