My kids love this TV for playing Xbox. It has amazing picture quality. We use this TV in our basement. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

I think the TV is good but no great. The OS is OK and versatile but it has a few flaws. The remote control is a pain, and the remote control app is a mess (you press a key on the phone and it appears two or more times on the TV). You might be in trouble when try to write in the TV. I think this TV is a little slower that my previous LG UH8500 but you can live with it. The picture is ok but the colors are a little shadow, you will find LG or Samsung with better colors. I do not think it worth the money I spent in it. So far I recommend it but be aware of the terrible remote control and the shadow colors.

This TV has been a great addition to our new room. Great sound and picture! We love how easy it is to use!

Great TV with great picture and sound. Issue with Netflix not wanting to work and have to reset TV, but besides that I would recommend this TV.

I compared sony's HDR with triluminus to Samsung SUHD and Sony's picture is superior. A throwback to when Sony Trinitron offered best technology.

I went into the store with the intention of replacing the LG 65" that my two yr old threw his toy truck at and wrecked. The sales associate highly recommended this one and explained to me all of the details and differences between the two. It was the same price as I had paid six months ago for the one I was replacing and on 24 month no interest, so I went with it. Very satisfied with this television. Had a couple of issues with wireless internet, but the Sony Tech Support walked me through the solution then sent me a pdf with fixes for common issues.

This TV is a great addition to our family/rec room. The picture quality is top notch and the kids love the large screen for gaming. A true luxury!

Read many TV reviews and the sony was rated very high. The very knowledgable sales person then made it a done deal Highly recommend the Sony X850D.

Its a good tv but it could be a little more budget friendly. Picture is good. The android system works not the best but gets the job done. The volume is were it needs a bit more IMO. Overall happy with the product.

Great picture and amazing features using the smart function. The best thing that Sony did was partner with Android TV. Very easy and functional.

The set was easy to set up and get going. Has great picture. Sound is about what you would expect from big screen. Picture is clear and crisp.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Colors are bright and vivid and of course the resolution is amazing. Great for watching both sports and movies and streaming content. The built in Android software is easy to use and navigate and has nice built in features like the ability to cast from an Android phone or tablet without a Chromecast. My only complaints would be that the built in up-scaling can lead to pixelated digitized distortions on low res content. and as with just about all modern flat panel TVs the sound quality is only acceptable.

The TV has video upscaling which will take any older movie and make it high-definition 1080p make 1080p to 4K. It's an awesome TV at a great price
