First of all tv has great picture and color scheme. Tv does not lag at all for games or fast paced sports. Operating system is very user friendly

The quality of the picture and the ease of mounting this tv to the wall is the best part of this experience. Easy connection to the Sonos also.

Very satisfied with this opened box Television. The color is beautiful. The only thing is that the 4k is not available with most cable carriers.

We were recommended to consider the Sony TV by a Best Buy salesperson even though we came in thinking we would buy a Samsung. The high dynamic range and fast refresh of the Sony was clearly superior when watching something with a lot of action, like sports, or even high action movies. We use the WiFi on the TV to also stream our favorite movies and music. This TV has become our go to entertainment platform. The biggest drawback for us is that it would integrate more seemlessly with an Android based tablet or phone and we are an Apple IOS family, so we are not getting some of the benefits of controlling the TV through an Android device. Hence I give it 4 stars instead of 5. Why not make it just as friendly to Apple IOS users?

Everyone loves our tv. I feels like you are at the theatre watching a movie. We also bought the Sony sound bar, that helps with the sound.

I only buy Sony TVs. I. Think they have the best quality picture. Sales people in the TV department were great and answered all my questions.

I bought the tv in store and had it delivered for free. They showed up in a timely manner and were polite. I really enjoy the picture quality.

No complaints! Looks great. Started out turning all the settings down to ease the eyes and haven't even turned them all the way back up yet.

I am pleased with my Sony flat screen. It is a nice tv. The only issues I discovered is that the cable company sends their signal at max of 1080, which hinders some clarity of the image and defeats the 4k experience from being as good. SONY should put an onboard clarity upgrading function as a feature to move the clarity up to 4k for cable input signals. It's like having a flashlight with almost dead batteries...yeah it shines, but not like new batteries would make it shine. I have also noticed that you have to raise the television volume to a loud setting, so as to hear the programming when directly facing it. MANUFACTURERS- Put the speakers on the front of the tv, and not behind it where the wall will absorb the sound.

I love this tv it give me no problem. The picture is so clear and it easily friendly remote so my mom can't read English and still can use it.

Highly recommend this 65" Sony TV!! We are so pleased with the beautiful picture quality, and cannot think of anything that would improve it.

This TV has a great picture all the time, but it is especially awesome with 4G broadcasting. The picture is sharp and the colors are true.

These XBR series tvs are among the best available. If you want a great picture, as well as multiple connectivity options, then this is your tv.

This TV has a beautiful picture, we should not have gotten a smart TV, we do not use netflix, youtube only shows what it wants, or, we haven't figured out how to use it. Our biggest issue is still being worked out, something to do with the software. It will display things like, program guide not responding, and the TV does not respond to the remote, or the buttons on the back. Geek squad has attempted twice to fix it over the phone,now they will be coming to the house! Beware!

This TV is just the quality and size I wanted. I just had it mounted on the wall with my Bose Cinemate sound bar. It looks and sounds awesome!

This TV has a great picture that even guests in our home comment about. Didn't research Sony products, but very happy we made this purchase.

I did a lot of research before buying this television. It came down to the Samsung 8000 or the Sony 850 (both in 65"). This one won out in the end by a slim margin. In all my research online (website reviews, consumer reviews, etc.) and talking to audio/video stores here in my area, it seemed that the Sony had a better processor and could keep up just a little bit more with no ghosting. Everything else seemed to be about equal.
