Coming from a very old Sony plasma with excellent black contrast and sharpness as well as color vibrancy, I took a chance on this TV after reading the mostly excellent reviews. This TV does not disappoint in most categories. Some setting adjustments must be made (factory settings leave much to be desired, in my opinion) and once adjustments are made--coupled with 4K resolution--this TV is a marvel to watch!

Note: you have to manually set it to allow 4k from the manual, which was simple enough.

This TV has proven to be as good as I was hoping it would be. The factory "standard" settings for picture brightness, clarity, hue, speed, etc. were probably the WORST settings anyone could put them on. So after a few days of watching it on these settings I changed everything. It made the picture much brighter, clearer, no speed lag (sport setting) etc. Since then I'm very haqppy with this purchase.

If you are looking for true to life picture quality, then this television is for you.

The picture quality is superior! The voice operated remote is a great feature as well.

Don't laugh, but the only reason my wife forced me to return this TV is due to the closed captioning (CC) feature. Apparently, only a digital TV signal allows a transparent background. Our analog cable TV signal only allows the default CC where much of the TV is blocked by a black background. We couldn't see owning such an expensive TV when the everyday use would cause grief. Other than our highly personalized perspective, this was an awesome TV!

Great TV. Glad I spent a bit more and moved up to this TV. Great picture/image quality.

WE LOVE OUR NEW SONY TV, THE PICTURE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND WAS VERY EASY TO SET UP.

Good looking 65" flat screen. Remote is simple, but also very easy to use. The operating system is not android, but also appears to be less glitchy than android as well. Does not appear to have as many picture settings / adjustments as similar Sony models, but thus far I really can't complain about the picture, HDR content particularly looks great. Only minor issue I would note is that the screen is more reflective than some competitors, therefore if you have allot of light in the background you could see a glare from certain angles.

This tv has the perfect picture quality. I have had no issues with this tv.

Best picture quality, I love everything about this tv.

I'm giving this 4 stars cautiously...lately I I'm experiencing the volume going up and down intermittently. At first I thought it was the program, but I have now experienced it in too many situations for it to be a particular program. I'm finding myself raising the volume several times when watching a program. Of course, the TV is out of store warranty, so it looks like I'm stuck with a $1200+ problem. The picture. However, is exceptional!

The 65 inch Sony bravia is a great match for our full size living room, great picture.

Love the TV, and delivery was flawless. It was a great replacement for my old Bravia.

This TV is very nice. I don't even have to wear glasses to see the writing any more.
