My sales associate was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and even asked some I hadn't thought to ask. Very patient and attentive. Sadly , I do not recall his name and have misplaced his business card. All in all thisTV is wonderful and doing all I was told it could do.

Outstanding quality and value

I love the size and incredible picture quality. My experience at Best Buy was fantastic. The representative hooked up a DVD player to different TV sets so that I was able to compare picture qualities across several models. I do not feel rushed into making a decision and I am very happy with my purchase.

Great picture, excellent ps4 compatibility

The Google os works well and is easy to use. However, it does lag from time to time and need to be shut off. The built in Netflix button is awesome. And it integrates seemlessly with my ps4. Tv automatically turns on when I power up the ps4 and I can control the ps4 with my tv remote. This is a great feature for using ps vue. Biggest knock is the speakers. Ver weak but that is par for the course with most current tvs.
