Amazing picture, color, and functionality

Visited the store several times and asked a lot of questions. BestBuy was always very responsive and helpful, esp when a large portion of their TV floor plan caters to Samsung. Lastly, I would have given this product 5 stars, but after the firmware upgrade, the TV loses the WiFi connection if left dormant for more than a day and requires you to unplug the TV. Hopefully a new firmware update will address this.

Nothing but the Best

So, we purchased our new 65" Sony and love everything it has to offer.
