The picture is so crisp and clean! I love the one stop shop smart TV with! I need to still purchase 3d to actually check out that capability! I love Sony products they are high quality and worth every penny!!!

Have owned this TV for a month now and extremely pleased!! Easy setup and color/clarity is awesome!! Sony is awesome!!

I did my usual research prior to going to BestBuy. After speaking to the sales associate I went with the Sony which was not my first choice. I am glad I did. The picture is great and the color is amazing.

Excellent picture quality. The smart TV apps work seamlessly with the TV. Easy navigation with the TV remote control. I use a sound bar so i can't give an opinion on the sound quality of the TV itself.

I had been waiting to buy a 4K TV for a while and did a lot of research into the Samsungs and Sonys mainly, and settled on this TV. You will need help to put the base of the TV together. The TV recognized WiFi easily and has worked very well so far, after an initial update. The picture quality is fantastic especially when watching You Tube or movies. The regular cable programming coming through modem is so variable from channel to channel, and the TV shows whether it is 480p or 1080 signal first. I am very impressed with its features and performance so far.

Salesperson was very helpful in assisting me with my selection for the right TV for me. Could not happier. Tv has perfect picture and I am enjoying watching some movies in 3-D with my Grandchildren!

The color is amazing and the black is so black. The ability to use Sony network with a ps3 controller is awesome.

TV is phenomenal in quality! Picture is great. App capability and usefulness is awesome! So happy it works with Google play. Now I can move my Chrome cast to another not-so-smart TV. Hard to just pick up and play with due to complexity but figure I will have this TV for a long while as it is ready for next generation of broadcasted 4K programming. I will learn it over time. And time is all I have. RIGHT! Auto sports picture setting works great! Needed support to control my sound via theatre. Unfortunately, I would need to upgrade my receiver to work so I have to still use 2 ÷%×^$ remotes (in this day and age!) I guess that keeps the industry moving products but whatever happened to buying new when something breaks for the average consumer. Sound control should have been backwards compatible. I have an ONKYO TX-SR605 receiver with MARTIN LOGAN speakers.

If you are looking to upgrade to a 4K television this is the one you need to get. I would definitely recommend as the picture quality is phenomenal and all the additional features are really cool.

I bought this tv to upgrade from a 60 inch Vizio. I also wanted to be able to take better advantage of 4k capabilities when 4k bluray players hit the market later this year. The picture quality on the television is excellent and with android powering the smart tv functions you have access to a number of apps plus screen mirroring from computer, phone or tablet. There's also integrated ps now which is nice and you can set up the remote to operate a ps3/ps4 which is handy if you use those devices to watch movies. The one down side is that while this tv is 3d capable no glasses are provided so you have to purchase those separately. Overall though this is a great tv for the price.

I debated b/t this and the Samsung model. The Samsung was a little more expensive, but I felt the colors to be overly saturated. I preferred the more natural skin tones and colors which this TV excelled at. The 4K content shown on this TV is very impressive! Newer blu ray movies also show incredible detail and color. Xbox one games are just as impressive. I do notice that some HD programming is not as sharp as my newer Panasonic Plasma. Not sure if its the programming, but I do notice some HD channels to be clearer and sharper than others. Example: The previous NBA finals and World Cup games in HD were not of the quality of my plasma. I believe the full potential of this set will soon be realized when all programming switches to 4K. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this set to anyone looking in the market for a 65" TV.

Always have been a Sony fan and seeing / hearing the quality of this TV seals the decision to stick to them. Was going to go Panasonic — but rez and black density is much better on the Sony.

I had already purchased the 2014 xbr55x850b so i had some experience with these televisions. There are some areas that I like better on the 850c over the previous years model. The Android tv is one of the things I consider an improvement. Android tv isn't perfect. There are times when it is a little slow to react to commands but we are only talking about a few milliseconds delay. The interface on this tv is much easier to use and Android is adding apps periodically to enhance the experience. I had originally gone into Best buy to buy the Samsung 8500 but after comparing picture quality and the color of the bezel around the screen the Sony was the best choice for me.

This Sony 65 inch is amazing. I do not run sound through the TV, but the picture quality is superb. The 3D is much better than others I have viewed. I highly recommend this TV to all. 9.5/10.

This is a great TV and the color and clarity is great. I can't wait for Dish to start sending the 4K signal so we can truly get the best quality picture that our new 4K TV allows. Blue ray movies are amazing. The only down side to the TV is the stand . The TV Should be mounted otherwise it sways when a rush of air comes in the front door and the back door is open or windows. Sony instructions say per the manual that at the very least the TV is to be anchored to the wall to prevent it from falling over and I certainly agree. This TV costs to much to fall over from wind or playing, running or rough housing kids. Other then the stand issue it is well worth it.

Excellent!! First-Software-Simple to install and set up the built in Android App features, Amazon and Netflix accounts. Next Picture Quality - unparalleled 4K picture quality. I was on the edge between Samsung and Sony, but I am glad I made the Sony decision.

Picture quality is unreal. The set up was easy and it was not hard to figure out the smart part. Once hooked up to our wifi I had easy access to my Pandora and Netflix accounts. Very happy!

Setup was easy....well, for the tv. The mount was too close to the wall. But the picture is fantastic. And it looks phenomenal on the wall. Can hardly wait for 4K blu-rays to come out.

Great TV! Live mine. 4K is the same feeling as the first time watching a blu-Ray on a good TV. Features are really cool and easy to use, especially with the Netflix and chill built in.

I had purchased a Samsung 65 inch TV at Costco for Black Friday. I returned the first one because of the jogger and lag on some channels was bad. Our whole family noticed it and it was very annoying. I returned it and bought the same model from Costco after the salesman stated I possibly had gotten a defective unit. The new TV did the same thing. So I returned it and went to Best Buy. I told the salesman what I wanted to spend and he recommended the Sony 65X850C. I am overall happy with the TV. Great picture and sound. The only thing that I see wrong is when you have the motion control setting on, words that cross on the bottom of the screen on sports channels do not flow smoothly. So I turn the motion setting off and then the words flow smooth. Other than that I would recommend this TV.
