I'm a huge animated movie fan (Disney/Pixar/DreamWorks) and, assuming you are using Blu-Ray's, the picture quality is absolutely amazing. Stop motion animated movies are unbelievable as well. My husband and brother are avid gamers and even though we have several other large screen TV's in the house, they still fight over this one as their preferred viewing screen. I have even noticed on HD channels that everything is so much "crisper" looking than it was before - makes watching Walking Dead a bit more terrifying.

Love most everything about it. My only issue is with the advertised PIP. I have attempted every combination to get PIP to work. No Joy. Everything else is EXCELLENT!! Color, clarity, ease of use! Perfect addition to the Man Room

This tv has a great crisp picture. I like the way the apps are presented for ease of use and the wifi capability. The refresh speed makes it great for gaming and sports viewing.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the picture on the 65" 4k UHD Sony and the color appear! Set up was relevantly simple. I wish there was a way to go online and access web.

The 850c is a excellent TV, but more is the best value for your money. By that I mean not only do you have excellent picture quality were great colors, but you also have 120 Hz. Most 4K's in this price range have only 60 Hz, which will cause you to lose frame rate. On top of all that the 850c has a lot to offer with its smart features. There's lots of apps to choose from that even include Playstation Now and Google games. And of course you can watch 4K movies and TV shows on Netflix and Amazon Prime. I recommend using a hard wire connection or a Nighthawk router, so you don't get any buffering, because 4K is very data intensive.

The television has an extremely vivid, sharp and clear picture with faithful color reproduction and the black level is striking. Certain colors just "pop," giving additional depth to the picture. I personally do not understand why Motion Smoothing is the default setting as I find this to be a very unnatural and uncomfortable setting to view, but it can be defeated fairly easily (although this process must be repeated for each input). The soundbar makes the TV into a high fidelity instrument: clear and bright highs are complimented by tight and (depending on adjustment) profound bass from the subwoofer -- most impressive.

Updated our 42" HDTV to this 65" Ultra 4KHD and couldn't be more pleased. Excellent picture, easy set up. Sony hasn't let us down with their continued quality merchandise.

TV has an excellent picture. Set up and navigation is easy. My only complaint is a slight delay when powering it on. Then again it is more like a computer, hence the delay.

We upgraded from an 8-year old Sony Bravia flat screen TV to this TV and haven't looked back. This TV has an amazing picture, very sharp and bright. The blacks are very, very black and the other colors just pop. We have it hooked up to an AV receiver with surround sound speakers, so I can't review the built-in speakers. The built in apps are easy to navigate and use. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this TV again.

The SONY 65" TV is very appealing and the color is fantastic. We have the TV in our family room and the entire family enjoys watching the new TV. The set up of the TV was very easy. We would recommend this TV to all.

I did some research on other tvs before changing my mind in store and boy am I glad I did. The colors look fantastic and the darks look great in my dimly lit basement.

Overall we really lIke this unit and the picture quality, especially when we can get 4k content, is fabulous. Most people will probably opt to wall mount this unit, we did not, and the base for it could have a more sturdier feel. When attaching a new device the unit seems to wobble when plugging in something new. But, as long as you're mindful of that, it won't be a big problem because how often does that happen. It runs the Android OS so sharing content from most things, excluding iOS devices, is a breeze. Overall sound from included speakers is okay, no richness nor depth to it, but it does have a 'football' sound feature which improves live event sounds to a more realistic feel. Overall a good unit that we hope to enjoy for quite a while.

So far ok the software is a bit buggy, There has been a few updates that came through. However I am still working my way through all of the aspects of this TV. My family and i have watched 4k movies through Amazon and they tell me they can not tell the difference between 1080p and 4k. Ill give it more time before i make an decision. I purchased in a November sale and the price adjusted two times down ,and since has returned back to the original price. The best thing is the return policy has been extended for the Holidays so if it does not meet my expectations it'll be returned. Prior to this I had an 55" Lg 1080p which as a family did like a lot.As I said i will give this TV a fair shot using its capabilities before I decide on keeping it.

All content looks better on this TV, even breathed new life into some of my 720P home movies. XBOX one games look amazing compared to my previous 1080P Sony TV. Only complaint I've heard from the family is that some of the BluRay movies 'look too real' now. When I asked what that meant, the reply was, 'like you are on the set instead of in a theatre. the picture looks like I'm on the planet with Capt. Kirk'. If that's the only complaint, then it's a pretty good purchase! BTW, I showed them how to take the picture off auto and force cinema mode. That dulled it a little to their desired viewing quality.

The image in the TV is great out of the box but the details of the remote controls (YES controls) is marginal. The on screen tutorials is not much better. We are still searching YouTube for more instructions.

The picture quality is excellent. The TV was very easy to setup and operate. Built in internet makes downloading movies simple. I would highly recommend this TV.

Love the big screen. Easy hookup of all the cables; games, dvd, sound system. Great that it learned the remote so I don't have more remotes to keep track of.
