Everything worked great out of the box. Easy installation on an existing wall bracket easy hook up set up found my Wi-Fi immediately hooked up immediately first download took just a few minutes about 2 days later the second download took about 5 minutes everything is working perfectly. Picture quality is fantastic colors are great everybody in the house happy with the picture. Super Bowls to this Sunday and I can't wait.

I was undecided on buying a Sony or a Samsung 65" 4K UHD television. I ended up buying the Sony and I am very glad that I did. The price was a little less than the Samsung but the picture quality is just outstanding. I have watched several 4K videos on YouTube and it is the equivalent of being at the location of the film. All sports and cinema channels are very clear. I would highly recommend this television to anyone

I have two neighbors who purchased the Samsung curved 4K TV's. The Sony 4K Ultra may not have the curve screen, but I will take my picture quality/clarity over theirs any day of the week. It is truly awesome!!!. Only criticism would offer is that the table stand needs to be an inch or so taller. We had to do a custom mounting for the sound bar because if we sat it in front of the TV it blocked the TV sensor for the remotes.

Sony's Bravia XBR series is by far the best I have seen. I went with the 65 inch because of the display model at the store. When I brought it home, the picture quality blew me away. Hooked up the PS4 and it looks great. Beautiful picture.

Went in looking for a 70+ screen and actually had a guy roll out a Vizio. Then when my father asked about brand and quality I looked over at the Sony for 1999. I asked about the difference between that one and the XBR65X850C LED 4K Ultra HD TV. The salesman told me I would see it. I certainly do. This TV has something of a learning curve for older people, like my parents, but it's pretty incredible. Definitely worth it.

The picture on the 65" 4K Sony TV exceeds my expectations. Although we have only had the television for a short time, when I watch the screen I feel as if I'm actually watching the people in my living room. The sound system is also very clear. I read numerous customer reviews before I chose this particular Sony television and it had great reviews. I'm thrilled with the television and how it looks in my living room.

So I have had this TV for a little over a month and the picture quality is good, the sound is ok not the best but not bad. So long as you do the updates you should be good. When I got the TV Hulu Kept Crashing so did Netflix, I did the update and everything is fine. The Tv since than has performed another update and no issues so far.

Let me start by saying we came from a Vizio 37" HDTV to this Sony 65" UHD TV. We absolutely love the "WOW FACTOR" we get everytime we watch TV now. We had the Geek Squad calibrate it and install it. Not experiencing anything negative since we had it installed about 3 weeks ago. Had a few glitches with Netflix, but that has nothing to do with Sony. Certainly hope we never have anything negative to say about our purchase!

After making exhaustive comparisons between Sony and Samsung, and reading numerous reviews on many sites, we finally chose the Sony. Went with this model because of the full back-lit illumination and previous high satisfaction with Sony TVs. We would definitely recommend it.

This is my newest television for my household. I have wanted a 4k TV for quite some time now and I am so happy with this purchase. For the price you get one of the best TV's on the market. The picture and colors are so vivid it almost seems better than real life. If you have 2 grand and are looking for a new tv this is a no brainer!

Absolutely stunning picture especially with a 4K source. Watch out if you are on a metered internet ISP like Hughesnet Gen 4 satellite. One movie can eat up your entire months worth of Internet service. I watched one two hour movie and it required over 12GB of data to stream it. The only reason I left a lower than 5 star rating is the operating and use information both supplied and on line with Sony is very poor. You are pretty much on your own trying to figure out the TV. Other than that we love it.

Outstanding picture and easy to navigate the settings. Just another quality product from Sony.

I compared many brands and one feature that made this more attractive to me was the digital tuner, since we don't have cable and use the TV for discs and streaming. It all works great for me. The picture looks great and the up-converting even makes my old discs look better.

Black Friday shopping with the expectations of purchasing a Samsung but after speaking with the sales rep. we changed our mind and went with the Sony. We are into gaming so we needed a processor that could keep up and the Sony does just that! Picture quality is amazing, we have not tried the 3D yet because we are still in awe over the 4K! Everyone who visits just sits and is amazed at the clarity of the picture.

My first Sony tv and I love it! Easy to use and the best quality picture I have seen. I had an LG Google TV and the led's burned out just after 2 years of purchasing it. Was going to go with a Samsung but I figured why not get one of the best Sony TV's!? I really like the remote. Speakers are really good on this tv as well. Youtube and Netflix load up really fast as well. You won't regret buying this television!

My wife talked me into upgrading our 50 inch plasma to this. Who am I to say no when she gives a green light like that?!! Very happy with this TV. Being a rather large space, it fills the room perfectly. Hollywood just lost me going to the theater ever again as I may never leave my couch again! ;-) Looks great and definitely worth the upgrade. While 4k content is limited, this should hold us for quite some time.

For the most part it's a decent TV. The picture is good but sometimes I feel it's just as good as any other High Def TV. Bummed there's hardly any 4k content.

This Sony Smart TV totally exceeded my expectations. Fabulous picture and superior color.
