I have ALWAYS been a Samsung guy (since the days of projection TV's) and essentially swore I would never switch brands. After extensive research and about 25 trips to Best Buy, I pulled the trigger and purchased the Sony. Great product, great quality, and just overall pleased with my decision.

I was in the market to replace an aging plasma TV and read multiple reviews. I landed on the SONY 65" 4K and I'm glad I did. The picture is awesome! I also like the new features that allow me to control cable box and BluRay which are located in an enclosed cabinet, this allowed me to get rid of the Logitech harmony remote! Would definitely recommend this TV!

I've had this tv for almost 2 years now. Not single issue. Love the picture quality. 4K HD HDR is amazing! The only downside for me is that the same class of TV can now be had for about a 4th the price I originally paid for it back then. Oh well, I've enjoyed it for two years and that counts for something. No baloney, it's a Sony!

EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! No but seriously this TV changed my life, like when I watch movies on it it's like seeing them again for the first time. Hooking up my laptop to play games is pretty stellar too. Perfect 5/7 I can't say enough good things about this tv. Would definitely recommend having it calibrated after 200 hrs use for optimal picture quality.

This 4K TV has an amazing picture quality and is reasonably priced

This is our 5th HD TV. We've been into flat screen Tv's since their inception. This 4K is our first of this generation, WOW the picture is crystal clear from all angles. We're using audio provided by a Sony Blu-Ray home audio but the TV output to the system is terrific! We replaced a Panasonic Plasma which was still performing great. This was a great upgrade.

Great TV with an incredible picture. Very easy to set up and use.

So far so good. Had it for a month. Loved my Pioneer Elite plasma, but hdmi ports went out on it. The picture is great. The only downfall, is you can sometimes see the side led lighting a little bit. Love the Youtube and Crackle features. Paid $400 for installation and a 5 year warranty. My Harmony remote works with it and it comes with some nice remotes.

I was torn between this and the Samsung 8500, ultimately after speaking with Best Buy reps and looing at specs and reviews I went with this unit over the Samsung. I just couldn't justify the price difference between the two units and I also own a Samsung 8550. This TV works great. I am new to the Android Smart TV so there is a little learning curve vs the Samsung but I have no complaints. The picture is great. I also picked up a Pioneer Elite AV Receiver to compliment this so my audio goes through the ARC. There is a slight delay at startup for this to take place but everything communicates with one another effortlessly. On the Samsung unit I have to manually change from TV speakers to Receiver every single time I turn the TV on which becomes cumbersome after awhile.

This TV has great picture only on one setting. I tried all the picture adjustments and did some adjustments. The sports setting seems to be only one with great detail and brightness. And it better than the standard setting which is odd. I am hoping the HDR setting will improve. It just needs a couple more tweaks from the manufacture. As for everything else, the android is very good, remote friendly, and great app selection.

Easy set up and programming excellent picture and cutomization

Absolutely pleased with my purchase. The rep at Best Buy even let me look at the TV in the box before purchasing (this was an open box purchase). Minimal adjustments made to the picture before being very happy with the image quality. Android TV is great. Haven't tried the 3d features yet as I don't have the glasses or any 3d content to test with.

We picked this set up on sale after the holidays and have been very impressed with it. The colors, contrast, brightness are fantastic. Also mounting it to the wall was very easy since it weighs much less then a 42" LG LED TV. The smart controls with voice allows for some excellent interaction for locating programing, on demand and applications.

Remote control has split screen feature but app is not yet available. This feature was very important to me and I was not apprised of this missing app until unit was installed in my home. My 60 inch Sony has this feature so I had to reinstall it in my living room and relegate the new tv to the bedroom until the app has been developed. Otherwise, the same superb picture and features that have made me a Sony user for many years.

I bought this TV at a nice discount during Best Buy's pre-Black Friday sale. It was easy to set up and the picture is great. I also paired it with the Sony HTNT3 soundbar, which provides excellent sound. However, I realized that 65" was not large enough for my family room so I upgraded to the 75" version of the same TV and am very happy with it.
