Great TV, excellent picture, vivid color and clear picture.

Bought this TV for the living room- I have always had good luck with Sony TVs. Picture is great - used Disney WOW blu Ray to set it up. I would recommend this. It isn't quite as good as my LG OLED TV but you wouldn't expect it to be - considering the price difference.

This is my 4th Sony TV set. It is the best set yet. The picture and sound quality is great. The smart features were also a consideration. I wanted a 4k TV to be ready for 4k broadcast in the future. With this unit I can stream 4k and what an amazing picture it is to see. I would recommend this Sony smart TV 850c to anyone. Very, very satisfied.

I purchased this model because I have a ps4 and you can use the TV controller to control DVD playback on PS4. I've streamed some 4k content on YouTube and the picture was on par with what I saw in-store. The operating system seems fine, no complaints. The only apps I use are netflix and YouTube, but they work well. Picture is good. This TV met my expectations for all areas and I don't have any real complaints yet.

Great picture and intuitive use for the "smart" featured.

Bought this TV after reviewing and comparing to several other TV's. My sister has the Samsung 7100, the Sony's picture quality is much better and the 4K upscaling is amazing. I compared the same HD BluRay picture to a 4K streaming picture, the results were amazing. The upscaler made the HD look almost (90-95%) as good as the 4K picture.

Awesome TV. I like everything about my new Sony Android TV. Easy to use and setup, lots of available apps from Google store. I connected my Google account and I was able to play all of my music, movies and videos. And its design is also to be mentioned. Overall 5 stars.

The Sony 850C is an excellent 4K TV. It is easy to navigate and has a beautiful, clear picture. Unfortunately it does not come with 3D glasses, but the active glasses that came with my Samsung 8000-ES work just fine.

I bought this tv about a month or so ago. I absolutely love it. It has a great picture for any tv lover. I game on it watch sports and alot of action movies. It's truly a great picture. To me Sony makes the best tv this would be my second tv I have from Sony and both are great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good tv.

Easy setup, intuitive setup and controls. Great picture

I read lots of reviews for a 4k TV around this price Tag and let me tell you I'm very pleased with My purchase. Great quality and all around great TV. The picture is crystal clear. Sound a little low but does a great job. A soundbar is recommended but not needed.

Loved my old Samsung plasma and thought I'd never switch brands. It took a little getting used to the lack of "vividness" that the plasma provided but over time I have come to love and even appreciate it more watching the Sony. Only complaint is black levels sometimes get grainy depending on the source you are watching but overall everything is awesome.. Will enjoy a lot more once 4K fully rolls out.

Samsung may have the curved TVs but they still have nothing on Sony's picture. Out of the box it already looks amazing but when calibrated there's just no competition. Not to mention how convenient all the extra inputs are that most TVs do not have these days.

I had been looking to buy an Oled for a basement mancave project, but wound up enticed by the lower price point of this model. It has s nice picture and is as advertised. My only gripe is that it switches from Surround sound to TV by itself when the receiver shuts off. A small annoyance for the value we enjoy. Happy overall.

This television I chose due to research and comparison shopping of Samsung and LG products. Sony has been developing their 4k technology for several years now, while Samsung's UHD tech is less than a year old. WHILE comparable in quality, I chose tried and true over new and flashy. Only time will tell if UHD can maintain. The build quality is solid, no squeaking plastic edging. It is tight. The finish is also exceptional, the screen is matte glass which gives it a nice low glare quality when unpowered. Overall I would defiantly recommend to family and friends.

For the price this TV produces a great image. Fast moving action is great it does not have a weird jitter like some cheaper tv's. Well worth the price. If your wall mounting the TV it's not extremely flat but it still does look very nice when wall mounted.
