Starting my 4K experience with Sony was a smart move. Works great with my PS4 and Sony sound bar. Using the Netflix app with the TV, 4K shows look fantastic. The only downside (not really the TV's issue) Older SD shows are pixelated when trying to upscale.

The TV was simple to get started out of the box. The android features are very nice. It integrates well with your Google account. The picture quality is outstanding. The only down side on the TV is the speakers but what do you expect with such a thin screen. Sony had to sacrifice somewhere. Great overall entertainment.

This tv exceeded my expectations! I was planning on buying the Samsung curved 65 for the same price but upon further review I found this to be a better picture with a better interface and app setup that is also linked in with Google play! Epic purchase!

You get what you pay for, yes it's more than similar sized TV's and that's because the quality is outstanding. Some people like the bright vivid artificial Samsung picture. I prefer the more realistic and true color picture that Sony delivers. Great TV!

So far loving our new Sony 4K tv. The picture quality is really quite incredible. Easy setup, it basically does it by itself.

Sluggish responsiveness. Scrolling through menus & screens with arrow keys is not always intuitive & requires scrolling through entire rows/columns to get to "done". So disappointing to pay so much for a television and realize that the problem is sloppy programming. As consumers we need to start demanding more from our technology. Users want to get directly to what they want without tons of clicking or going into & out of various apps. This software is not yet a seamless, transparent interface. It has taken weeks to get it working & we still can't get to what we want with a couple clicks. Locks & freezes on PBS & when trying to play slideshow of photos in "daydream" mode & picasa.

The 4k picture quality is outstanding. Star Wars Episode VI in Blue-Ray DVD was fabulous. Set and connection to internet were easy. No problems downloading Netflix shows. Have had one automatic software upgrade. TV is everything I expected from Sony.

Great Smart TV, It came with 2 remotes one of which had a microphone built in and you can use it to Google search. Delivery was on time and the being a 65in TV it was surprisedly light weight.

I thought it was going to be to big for the room but it's perfect. Easy to setup by my self though I wouldn't recommend. Great color and sound. The only thing I'd change is the HDMI input is on the side and not the back with the rest of the inputs.

clear,beautifu lpicture, easy to use.I would recommend this television..only issue was when i bought it. there was confusion when itwould be delivered. it was finally delivered by the sales rep that sold me the tv and another employee of best buy.

I love this TV. The only problem I have is the TV turns on by itself randomly. I called the manufacturer and they couldn't figure it out. Then I called Best Buy and they picked up the TV and delivered a new one. The new one does the same thing. However, we have come to find that the second remote, the one you talk to, is the problem. Once we took the batteries out of that remote we never had a problem again. I'm going to guess and say that the remote is always listening for commands and somehow randomly it hears things and turns on the TV. So we just don't use that remote. Kaleigh with Best Buy had absolutely amazing and quick service. And the TV is the best TV I have ever owned.

I love my Sony 65" 4K tv. The clarity is amazing and for any gamers out there, I've never been more excited to own my Xbox one. I'll be even more happy with the purchase once more 4K programming becomes available but for now, it's still impressive.

I was replacing an old plasma TV and could not be happier with the picture and the sound on the Sony TV. Installation and setup was very easy. This is the first smart TV I owned and configuring the Internet and working with the different online options was very self-explanatory. I would recommend this TV.

Every time I turn it on I am still in awe of the picture I see, Ultra HD is the way to go. Great apps and I can get Ultra Hd content via Amazon Prime. In my eyes Sony is back with this one.

I love the TV But the remote control could be more easier to navigate the TV

Good TV...Pro the 4K... Con... not plasma like, but then for the price it is worth the money. It was easy to set up in my experience and the configurations I set up for viewing has not returned to the default settings as some have noted.

A great TV all around. I love android TV built in and the companion remote is a great add. The viewing angle isn't the greatest and you will lose some resolution and color if you aren't sitting dead center to the TV but it isn't a deal breaker.

When I got home had to set it up right away. Took about 1/2 hour. Took a little bit to go through the initial setup process but when completed got a great picture. You can see the blades of grass on a football field. I would recommend this TV.

Did lots of research and have no regrets with this purchase. Crystal clear picture, perfect size for my living room. If you're using the stand, just empty the entire box first. I was so impatient it took me longer to locate all the pieces.

We love the TV. Great picture, but I wish there was more 4K content to play on it. nobody at best buy talked to me about having it set up, or about home theater sound options during the purchase. I think they would do better to offer their services instead of expecting you to know what they offer.
