i will be glad when an update takes place bc words pop up in the lower left hand corner, 'wide mode:full' it drives us crazy. Sony really needs to fix this glitch!!! I also thought we would be able to browse the Internet thru our TV, but we are not. Overall, the picture & sound quality are superb!!!

The television was easy to set up and created a wonderful clear and dynamic picture. The size of the TV allows for following the hockey puck much more easily. You feel like you are right in the sporting event. Blu-ray movies are the best.

I had my eyes on this one for almost a year. I read many reviews from professional people and people who bought it. After sorting out all the reviews in my head I knew this was the one I wanted. I'm glad I got it. This TV is great hooked up to direct tv and my OPPO 103D. The OPPO will upscale any video source to either 1080P or 4K. The TV will only upscale a 1080P blue-ray disc to 4K. The TV is the perfect size, quality and price point for me and I'm glad I got it. The OPPO 103D is a $600 blu-ray player that is worth every penny also.

We love our new Sony. We used the Best Buy consultation service before our purchase and they helped us through the whole process, including installation. The television is great quality, especially with the Sony sound bar. We love it!

The picture quality on this TV is amazing and is the best quality picture I could find in this price range. The only drawback is the sound quality. The TV is in a large room and it is difficult to understand some of the conversations. Next up is to hook up the sound bar to see if this helps.

It's a SONY...like Honda and other fine Japanese products it is well engineered and flawless in performance. My new 65 inch 3D 4HD TV comes standard with SONY'S motion flow (fast refresh rate) that allows scrolling words to be read and fast action sports or movies to be enjoyed. Beyond excellent product performance there is the added benefit of great cosmetic design. The narrow perimeter frame and silver edge allow for an unobtrusive yet elegant appearance even when turned off. Technical leading edge performance married to clean design.

I studied long and hard before I made my TV purchase decision. The Sony XBR65X850C LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV was the best choice. Better color, true 4K HD, and all the features that I wanted. And Best Buy's price was an excellent deal.

I was on the market for a new television to replace a broken Plasma. I was hesitant to go with a 4K at this point in time. The service was so fantastic from two of your associates in particular that I made up my mind. First there was a gentleman from another department that was incredibly knowledgeable about the televisions and answered most of my questions before some Sony reps arrived to answer any remaining questions and then another gentleman named Darion arrived to finalize the great service of my visit. In short, I arrived with intent to browse and left with a phenomenal television thanks to knowledgable and friendly employees.

This is a very good tv, plenty of features. The images on high definition stations are tack sharp. Like anyone, I wish some of those extra features (like Netflix, Amazon prime, etc.) were free for a year, but then again one can dream.

bought the one before this one from best buy and it was great but the new one blows the old one away, and the help I got picking a new tv out was awesome. they knew about the tv and didn't try to make me buy something I didn't want.

This was a great tv. I returned it for the 900C Model because I wanted to upgrade after watching the 850. But my 850 TV did not have the bleeding so I was happy with it. I think I'm going to back and return my 900 for the 850

picture quality is very good for a large screen TV. Little or no instructions on how to you the features...

Image quality, features, how it looks, everything is just great! Unfortunately it is not designed for people not very technological literature. It is kind of difficult to control. I would change the remote control for something bigger, illuminated and all the functions easy to launch there.

Overall great TV Picture is good The 4K part no difference from what I see TV has a lot of good apps on it

This TV was a gift to my husband. He loves the picture quality and that it auto recognizes the blu-ray when you turn it on. One of the items that was difficult was setting up the tv on the stand because they only have pictures with no written instructions. This is a solid 4.5 tv for us.

I bought this TV at a great cyber Monday deal. The picture quality is great. 65 is really perfect for my living room. My only complaint is that you get some dimming when viewing from an angle...but then again most LEDs have the same issue. I REALLY alike the 4K upscale engine I this TV.

I wanted a TV that had all the bells and whistles. Sony has satisfied on all levels. I have been a consumer of their products for years and will continue to buy their products.

I've usually gone samsung when it comes to tvs, but i was recommended Sony. This picture caught my eyes instantly. Smooth, bright, and crisp. The details are phenomenal. It makes a video game, movie, sporting event 100x better.

I have spent hours on the phone with Sony TS reps trying to get the glitches out of this TV, which I have had for one month. One good fact: They admit to having a software problem. I think it is between the operating system and the app software installed. Each has been worked out, but it has been a royal pain. One Sony Tech person really ticked me off by saying, "you will have to learn to live with it". My response to that caused him to hang up on me!
