    I spent many hours reviewing new tvs and this was the best deal for me. I didn't want 3D because I'd probably get bored quickly with it. I also didn't care about a curved tv, not wanting both of those saved me over 500 dollars. Everything about it is top of the line for under $1500!

    Fine tv. Glad I stuck with sony. The things I don't like are; glare is an issue. I can't change the location of the tv, so I'm going to have to go with some type of darkening curtains over my double patio doors. Connecting an external audio system required me to buy a headphone jack and use that input. My xbr 4 had its own input connection for the stereo. I sometimes get a snapping sound when switching from tv to dvr.

    The picture quality of the 65 inch SONY XBR65X810C is exceptional. I purchased it because the reviews I read indicated that it was the only 65 inch TV with no judder. I have found that to be the case--absolutely no judder. I also purchased another leading brand's 40 inch TV at the same time and it occasionally has judder. The 65 inch TV is mounted on the wall in a large great room and is clearly visable at all angles.
