Fit perfect in entertainment system! Researched for months. The key item that sold me on it was the picture quality on HD. Tvs look good at the store at 4K but when watching HD and standard quality suffers. Recommend also getting Sony sound bar.

Very good tv, quality picture not too keen on sound thought be louder but easy action buttons great and make it simple to use, love the access to the wires and connections for external devices.

This is my first Ultra HD 4k t.v. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It has everything I could ask for and more. This price was amazing and the sales associate Dustin was extremely helpful in walking me through every step of the sale.

This TV has a very good picture quality, poor sound quality. I had to have in home service twice because it stopped working. Have to do a hard reset occasionally when it seems to lock up.

clear beautiful picture and sound. Love the headphone jack- helpful to hear at each person's desired volume. Easy set-up. Just in time for fall football! Easy to see everything clearly.

The Sony tv is nice, I got it on sale for 1499 which was great. While the tv is nice it's no Samsung. The picture looked better in the store which why I decided to go with it over a Samsung. I will keep it because it's not my main tv otherwise I would just spend the extra money and get a Samsung.

Great picture after 5 years. The smart tv function is quite amazing for accessing Netflix, Amazon video etc and easy to use.

TV has had trouble turning off, freezing up, and volume suddenly shutting off. Working with Sony support but nervous with a 30 day old TV. Interface and picture are great...just want to be sure i have confidence in a large purchase.

The features were nice and the picture was nice, except for very pronounced flashlighting in all four corners that would make dark scenes look Terrible. Started checking online and found this to be a common issue with this model.

I would expected better tech support setting up. Instructions written very poorly. Customer service gave conflicting information. TV is great! My husbands dream and with a disability he spends up to 16 hours every day watching tv, so quality is most important. It is his life line!

So....thank God we took the Best Buy extended warranty. My 3 year old Samsung 60" LCD TV went on the fritz. The repairman tried a replacement part, but it did not work. So, we were given a total refund of our purchase price PLUS the price of the extended warranty. This gave me great buying power. Looking at all the 60" TV's, and there were some very good ones for LESS than what we were refunded, we looked at the 65" Sony TV. What a beautiful picture and all the "whistle and bells" input jacks on the side and in the back. We upgraded, considerably, and only had to pay a few hundred dollars more. Well worth the purchase!!!

The picture is excellent. I like the size of this TV. It is perfect for our room. We did get the sound bar to go with it too. I would recommend that you get the Geek Squad to set it up for you as it is complicated and they do an excellent job of making sure everything is right.

Tv is great, only thing I didn't know was that the resolution needs to be adjusted to have picture fit your screen. However it is only less then a half an inch around so I did not do it. The picture quality is great.

If you enjoy all the bells and whistles plus a great picture this smart TV is for you! Very user friendly to navigate through. I highly recommend this product!

Went Several times to Best Buy talked to Several people ..got This friday before super bowl 2016...got a good deal..$1,499 plus $399 For Sony sound bar...free install...looks great on hd channels...analog channels are a little blurry..but I'm very happy with this purchase.

The picture is really good, but 5 years later, the TV is slow and non responsive at times. Every now and then, the TV switches off by itself and restarts. Certain apps take a while to load. It also definitely needs outside speakers as the TV speakers are very low in volume. It has a lot of great features, but for being the more expensive brand, I’d say I had expected more.

The tv is very light and like the new black colored casing and the remote is easy to operate. Easy to set up and color quality is excellent

Very pleased with TV. Purchased a 70" Sony HD flat screen 2 years ago. This one is for our bedroom. This one 4K ultra HD and is amazing. Considered many different plans. Went with Sony for sports broadcasting. Great choice. Best Buy associate recommended Sony for Sports

Had to exchange the first one we purchased since there was serious clouding issues on corners of TV. Gave this product one more chance & so far no clouding issues. Main issue we have with this TV is the updates. I understand it's a smart TV but it updated way too often.

I still don't know if I made the right choice with purchasing a Sony over Samsung. We definitely paid a lower price, but only time will tell if Sony will actually last us longer (our old samsung +7years old is still alive and working). Overall the quality is good.
