What a fantastic TV this is. Sony makes a fantastic product. Every Sony product that I've owned has lasted probably longer than it should have. The TV is crisp and clean. Impatiently waiting for more 4K content! I recommend this television. You should buy it.

Great TV for the price. I was torn between this and a Samsung product. I normally buy Samsung, but the quality of this TV was just as good, if not better.

Very easy set up. Great picture. I run the sound through my stereo receiver so I cannot comment in the sound. Very easy to switch from TV to other sources.

Bought the Sony Bravia TV Model XBR65X810C a few weeks before the Super Bowl, have not regretted my decision. Only disappointment is that I have not been able to display from my aging laptop on to the screen. Does not come with VGA slot. Would buy again!

Pic is great, setup was easy (After the 30+ minute software update). TV doesn't seem to accept a 4k signal from the HDMI ports

I had a Canon camera that was very good before. I wanted a very light camera for my purse that took good pictures. The Canon Elph 350 fills the bill. It does take some getting use to the controls. The camera is small and has no room for a lot of buttons.

I was extremely happy to get my new 65in 4k that was a major upgrade to my old 45in vizio. It was a open box from bestbuy and I assumed since it looked good and worked good in the store surely they tested it. Well you know what they say about assuming. As soon as I got it plugged up and turned it had all kinds of ghost images and lines through it. After a mild heart attack I realized it slowly started to clear up. If I'd have to guess the TV has a bad capacitor, I am extremely disappointed in bestbuy and Sony for trying to put product like this on the market. I'd put my paycheck the qc guy saw it and was like ehhh it works itself out and tell best buy employee who resold it did the same thing.

Outstanding picture quality, very happy with this TV. Also very happy with the service I received at Best Buy answering questions about different options and getting delivery and setup secured.

The picture is bright and crisp. The upscaling makes even the lowest resolution video look smoother. He androidtv has is a nice feature compared to other proprietary smart tv user interfaces.

This tv is great, nice pic I love the apps and how your able to connect a PS 4 controller to play PlayStation 3 games over the PlayStation network.

I've owned this TV for a couple months now and I'm very happy with my purchased. I was able to pick this TV up as an Open Item, saved hundreds in doing so. I'd definitely recommend this TV to anyone that wants a Smart TV. TV comes set up for a great picture straight out of the box. TV has plenty of HDMI outputs and all the bells and whistles of more expensive TV's. Sony has a more natural color on the screen than the Samsung I compared. Also, I have zero back light bleed, which several more expensive TV's have if you look close to the side of the screen.

I am amazed at how far tv's have come! This tv allows you to watch netflix, HBO, and much more. It has lots of hdmi ports, great picture quality and sound. Excellent purchase. Some times on big tv's the picture looks a little fake, however not with this one. All you get is a crisp, clear picture quality that makes you feel like you are in whatever it is that you are watching. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade.

I had the tv for 2 weeks and was thoroughly satisfied with the entire product, no issues at all. I did however exchange it for the 850c when the price dropped to $1799. I simply missed having 3D and wanted HDR capabilities for the future.

We love the TV and found it straightforward to setup and start watching. Picture clarity is great whether I'm up near or far away from the TV.

the tv works really well, the embedded chromecast and the apps fullfill the need to watch all media in one location. upscaling to 4k works really nice cons: the maenu navigation and settings are not user friendly, i could be bett.

This TV will rock your world man. Awesome. Trying to find a quality TV without that 3-D stuff. This is the one.

Good quality TV and happy with my purchase. Came back to the Best Buy store I purchased tv from originally two weeks later and it was now $200 less. Best Buy refunded the difference. Now that is what I call good customer service.

This TV is as I hoped it would be- clear and crisp viewing and the built in applications is a wonderful addition to our leisurely TV watching endeavors. One downfall to this is if you are planning on being more active, really consider if you'll be strong enough to not just want to relax in front of the TV instead of putting in the running miles. It's a tough battle every day, but one I look forward to, that's for sure.

This is our first smart tv purchase and we are so glad that we bought the Sony tv as recommended by the representative that assisted us. We got an awesome tv at a great price.
