Matched it with a Sony Blu-Ray player. I'm still learning everything it does. Speakers are adequate no hurry to add sound system.

Then, as other one star reviews have echoed, the components started dying. I didn't get the Best Buy warranty (very big mistake) so I've had to deal with Sony. While somewhat helpful, it took them FOREVER to get a technician out, and then it took another 4 trips to finally agree to send me a new TV. I got a new TV and the first time I turned it on the screen was completely messed up. White bars all over the place. I'm now waiting for my third replacement. They will not start a new warranty also - so I'm limited on time. Don't buy any of the XBR models. They all use the same board which are just garbage. Though this just be a one off. Their products are generally quality. Overall though, I'm very displeased with the product, service, and overall experience with this TV. It's basically wasted money. Do not buy this TV series, and get the warranty from Best Buy!
