This TV had a great picture it if the box. With a few adjustments (found online) I find my perfect picture. It is hard to watch this unit if there is light but other than that it is great.

The first one the tuner went bad the first week. My wife was upset as it was a Sunday. She called Best buy that PM. Best Buy brought us a new TV on Tuesday. Very good customer service.

Loved the color in store, but of course that is their high quality source. A little bulky but good if you dont require very thin TV

I read the reviews and went in the store many times before deciding to buy this one. I bought the 55 inch and when I went to pick it up I decided to get the 65 inch... : )

Went from a 40" 4K Samsung to this beauty. Very impressed! Caught it on sale and am very glad I took the plunge. A great tv chock full of apps and intuitive menus.

I honestly can't figure out how this got any positive reviews. I bought it and had it replaced twice (3 tvs total) because I thought they were defective. The back lighting glows through so badly, there's a constant white glow around all 4 corners that it made everything seem like a stereotypical dream sequence. I can't believe it's still on the market looking like it does. I finally returned mine for a Samsung. No problems what so ever. DO NOT BUY THIS! It's awful. All 3 I had had the same problem. The display tvs in store look so much better but if you ask one of the employees who knows tvs or someone from the Magnolia section, they'll tell you all about it and to get a Samsung. All 3 delivery guys even knew better and told me. If you do buy it, GET THE WARRANTY! You can exchange it within 15 days. Watch a movie in widescreen with the black bars or just a movie with dark scenes right away and see for yourself. I had pictures of a blank screen and it looked like a night sky with bright glowing clouds in it. Wish I still had them to post here to show everyone.

This is an awesome television. I only wish that Sony would have included a features manual with the television.

shopped around for a updated TV, sales associate answered a lot of questions and explained the options on the TV. We're very pleased with this model.

Did a good amount of searching for prices and brands.This one seemed best option and so far so good,only cons about this tv are speakers and only 60hz

This TV performs wells in contrast, resolution and features. The bundled android TV is a plus. Cons: the stand could be sturdier and is slightly wobbly.

I am a samsung person but I love this new sony 4k TV.

Always thought Sony products are a bit overpriced. Do not really see all that much difference with other TVs. So, good item with a bit of a steep price.

Set up from Best Buy is not correct when shutting off tv after a few seconds a warning comes up to change inputs? Then a second shut down is required

Great 4K TV for the price...I did not need the latest and greatest. Very satisfied. Has all the connections I could ever need (ARC, HDMI, USB, Etc.)

It is a nice TV. The picture is very good. Having problems with all the apps working properly. Maining VUDU.

Purchased at the store for a great deal. Still trying to figure out the best settings when watching certain things. Other than that I am satisfied.

This SONY 65 4K LED Smart TV is very hard to connect to wireless network. It is almost impossible. It also does not have Ethernet port.
