The salesman said that the TV was the bottom quality that it was missing the remote control the owners manual and the stand I bought it anyway

Internet connectivity was quick and easy. Paired the TV with a Sony sound bar. It's been three weeks and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

This tv had the best picture to me of all the tvs within my price range that I looked at. It was easy to set up and light enough for me to hang on my wall mount by myself which was a plus. It has a great picture. The only thing I don't particularly like from the set it the semi gloss screen which catches quite a bit of glare from windows and lights. Also the blacks aren't that great with the 65 in but for the price it's a great tv. I would definitely recommend it to someone who like me can't swing thousands of dollars on a top of the line 4K set.

We love watching our new television and all the perks of Netflix and Pandora that come with it.

SONY TVS FEATURE IP CONTROL AND IT WORKS GREAT WITH OUR CONTROL SYSTEM. WE SEND A CLEAR QAM MODULATED HEADEND AND IT ALL LOOKS GREAT.

Horrible light bleed, not a good set. Should have sent it back.

I am a sony fan and will probably buy another sony product in future. This TV is ok, nothing spectacular, picture quality in my opinion is about the same as my 7 year old 1080P sony Bravia. I watched a 4K movie and it still looks the same quality as a 1080P TV, I am not impressed……. May be my picture setting is off. To those who rated the picture quality as excellent, please post your video/picture settings. Thanks.

Did a great deal of searching and comparing before buying. I feel like I made a really good decision. Love this TV made by SONY.

It is a great purchase for watching movies. It looked too big in the room initially, but then we got used to it and like it a lot.

Have had this TV two months now and it is just fantastic. We have excellent picture quality at a very reasonable price!!!

The picture in the store was vibrant. When we got the TV home, the picture is not as vibrant. I went back to the store and ask if settings might need adjusted. They explained that the tvs in the store or hooked to 4K but not many stations and movies are broadcasting in 4K. I feel this should have been explained to me before I spent $1500 on a TV. If I had known that I would have probably stuck with 1080.

Great looking, light, thin, awesome use of space...great colors, hues and amazing contrast. Fantastic sound and it's smart.

I am very please with the television purchase. I do not like, however that the tv always seems to be on standby mode.

Good TV, but slow when switching between apps, especially when going to Netflix. It stopped working after a while.
