I purchased this the tv little while ago and paired it with my ps4 and results are amazing.it is became my dream machine instantly and I'm loving it.amazing picture quality and also pleasure to watch even its turned off!!amazing colors and details just amazing.but there is only one dilemma and it HDR.nothing is clear about it.some critics say it is received HDR update and some people says not yet.after I purchased my tv HDR option appeared in the tv's picture settings so is means I have HDR?if I do is it 100% functional?please SONY help me!im planning to get new Xbox one s and it's HDR but as I said nothing is clear about 810c compatible for this.

The regular TV side of the This Sony Bravia is very good. If it were not for the poor quality of it's "computer" connectivity I would have given it a much higher rating. When I first plugged it in there was an upgrade waiting. Two weeks later there was another. After this install the connection to the internet began failing. At first once a day and then multiple times in the same day. I had eliminated the possibility of my modem and contacted Sony. They told me to put it back to the factory setting. Did that and everything was fine for about 2 weeks and then it began to happen again. This time, however, there were no updates offered, let alone installed. Unplugging the TV allows you to work the internet side of the TV again but it begins failing on a daily basis. Basically Sony screwed up with this model

We did a lot of researching before we bought our new TV and this was a great choice. The system is Android so we are already well-versed on how stuff works. The set-up was a breeze and we were good to go in a half-hour or so, including reprogramming the Harmony remotes. We are still experimenting with controlling content from our phones, but getting synced to Netflix, Amazon and Sirius was a snap. The Geek Squad guys who delivered it (for free!) were very courteous and had the stand installed quickly. It is big. In our living room it is as big as a multiplex screen so we are enjoying it a lot. Very happy with our purchase from Best Buy!

The tv is now 8 years old. The tv has been great with minimal issues

I read reviews on this TV and visited the store several times to compare it to other models. I have had it for 5 weeks now and It has preform flawlessly so far. I have mine hooked up a 5.1 system so I have no idea what the TV speaks sound like.(those were not part of my consideration anyway) Netflix app works great. And PS3, playing games over again is like playing for the first time! Screen mirroring of your cell phone is wonderful for sharing pictures and videos. Extremely happy with it so far. The only thing that I can say is subpar is the remote. But I have a Harmony Hub, so that's not an issue.

I really like everything about this tv, but the light bleed from all four corners is too much of a distraction to overcome. Light bleed extends almost to the middle of each side and the top and bottom like an eye shape. I am going to return and exchange and hope that I can get another unit that doesn't have this problem. By the way, android tv is nice and easy to use and everything is real snappy and easy to use. Would have been perfect if not for the bleeding issue.

I had the 55 inch model took it back because it was to little so i went threw about 5 other brands until i got ahold to this 65 inch model, and i love it. I just put kodi on it lastnight, and it works like a charm, and you dont have to root the tv for it to work, if your on the fench about this tv get it its worth it and with the update to the os it works great with kodi

I read reviews and comparisons for a couple weeks to determine my choice. I went with the 65x810c based on picture, value, and motion handling. The normal signal from my tv provider is very good. The upscaling has been disappointing and there is so much motion/blur it is hard to watch. I have used many different settings and combinations to no avail. Thankfully I am within my return window. Very disappointed. At some point, I hope manufacturers build a tv that doesn't need a ton of calibration to simply fix motion...nobody wants motion blur... If you are going to watch 1080 cable/dish and are happy with your current tv, I suggest waiting.

Went in to buy something else and came out with the SONY. It was on sale (non-advertised) and we saved big. Came out with a TV that was sooooo much better. We love it!

I wanted to love this tv so bad but sadly I could not I had for couple days now and my major issues is dark corner and the black suck big time and the tv once a wont turn on you have to keep pressing power multiple times ..... It looks like this tv is going back to Best Buy ...... :-(

Purchase the sony over the Samsung as we were told it was a better tv...with all the "recorded" 4k programs they display in the store they all looked alike..we currently have a 1080p 55inch Samsung with a gorgeous picture which was in our family room and moved it upstairs..replaced it with the sony and can't tell the difference, if anything it looks worse. We actually took the first one back with the intension of getting the Samsung but they were all out...SO..we tried the Sony again....SAME PICTURE..should have saved the money and bought another 1080P Samsung....

I was debating between this sony and the samsung , i decided to go with sony purely based on customer service experience. Sony is great company and this tv is no different. Fantastic picture and sound isn't that bad either , if your even debating on this tv go ahead and get it you will love it.

I was really looking forward to the delivery of this TV. The picture in the showroom was spectacular. However as soon as the TV was hooked up in my livingroom the color had a green colorcast. It was also noticed by the delivery men as well. They suggested that I buy new HDMI cables. However the new cables have not improved the color. Will send it back.

I bought this tv open box and the minute I turned it on I was so impressed with the picture. I haven't even touched the settings yet. Owning my first Sony product in over 30 years lol as I've always purchased Samsung. Again I can't believe how amazing the picture looks and I'm thinking of exchanging it for the next model up!

Picture is good, color is clear & its cool love it

I went in to buy a Samsung and left with this TV. The sales associate's recommendation sold me on the Sony 4K. I watch TV through antenna reception and also have cable internet for Netflix, Amazon, and the other apps which is connected with an Ethernet cable. The picture was not crisp with the antenna, it was pixelated and foggy. The smart hub picture was better, but dark. I just wasn't what I saw in the store even with the 4K content from Netflix. No matter what I did with the settings I just couldn't fine tune this TV. Maybe there was a problem with just this unit, but I can't recommend this unit. The Sony was returned for a Samsung JU6700 yesterday. This is a 65" curved tv with only 60 hertz. The Samsung picture was perfect out of the box even off my antenna signal. It also had no problems processing a football game so the 60 hertz is not an issue. I wish I would have stayed with the TV I initially researched and wanted. One point I should note was that Best Buy was great with the return process.

I replaced a 2009 Sony XBR 46" TV with this one. What a great move! I love the android OS over the old TV. It's MUCH faster and the apps are great. The picture is outstanding and 65" is right on the money for the room it's in. I have nothing bad to say about this set. I would buy it again.

This is by far one of the best TVs on the market. It has a ton of features and the picture quality is amazing! 4k is excellent,Best of all, I got it for a great price!!!! And we all know that Sony makes high quality products. If you are looking to purchase TV, this is a must have!

Checked out the Reviews ,9 out of 10 positive is enough for me beside have had Sony TVs for years & have only been pleased & consider it the Rolls Royce of TVs ,do not agree with the industry stating that Samsung is a better model ,if that is the case then why is Sony more expensive ,Samsung might be second best .This model had Ultra HD & 4K ,Labor day sale provided extra savings therefore paying a little over a grand for a top of the line in the box new TV is off the charts outright cheap .I compared it to the next phase & unless you place them side by side & study the difference its not worth double the price & for some models 3 times the price .I will let you know after construction of my new house in 6 months when they install the TV regarding actual viewing .
