On Netflix, the image can be breathtaking. On regular TV, the colors can be funky. Sometimes the skin tones are off. The black is black. The image is sharp. The football is awesome, and that is why I bought it.

Bought this open box and had my concerns but so far so good. Would love to have it calibrated but that's for another day. Awesome set with great features and picture. When true 4K is streamed you see the real worth of this set.

TV has met or exceeded all expectations. Easy to set up and understand how it works. Looks great in the room. Great picture. Addition of a soundbar is a plus to the overall effect.

We had a 50 inch projection tv before so keep that in mind....the picture is so amazingly clear--the colors rich and vibrant. Love it! We also had the Geek Squad hang this and set up programming, extremely satisfied customers.

Found this beauty at my local BB. Was looking at the 55" 850D. Asked if they possibly had a open box. The Sony rep said that he had been off for two days and wasn't sure. So we checked around and low and behold there was a 850D open box. After reading the tag the price seemed kind of high for it being a open box with missing items. Missing the stand (which I was wall mounting anyway) and ir blaster it was marked at $1600. Then we discovered it was it was a 930D that someone put in a 850D box. Long story short I walked out only paying $1400. TV is awesome! Only problems I have with it is the remote. Sometimes it doesn't work until I press and hold the power button on the TV for 5 seconds. No bent screen, light bleed or ghosting. Thinking about still buying a 850D for the bedroom.

Choose this Sony over a Vizio P65. Despite being edge lit vs the Vizio, the color rendering was much better, inky blacks and very bright white. The inclusion of a tuner added to the decision. Magnolia staff was very helpful.

So far so good. A sound bar is needed as the sound from the tv is only fair. Very nice picture and the color is stunning. Tv gets a little warm on the back. Hopefully this will not become a problem.

I purchased this TV for Superbowl Sunday. Eight months later and I am just as impressed with this smart TV as I was on game day. It's easy to use and has been problem free. Not to mention the picture is amazing!

Wanted a 65" TV, but couldn't decide between a Samsung, LG or Sony. Having had a Samsung for most of previous TV's, I was leaning torward that brand; however, skeptical based on negative press regarding Phones and Washers blowing. Had heard LG was a leader as well,but number of products were minimal. We saw a demonstration of the Sony and were quite impressed at the picture quality. Having heard that this model was a best seller the previous year, we decided to give Sony a try. So far, we have no complaints and are happy with the overall picture quality. The internal speakers are a bit lacking, but aren't they all. We have a sound bar connected, so not overalls concerned in this regard.

This TV is top of the line when it comes to consumer grade. When you check out content that is in 4K (Amazon prime, Netflix and YouTube) you see the full potential of this tv. Definitely take the time to tweak the different settings.

I have had this TV for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. The picture is absolutely gorgeous. Very slim screen too. The remote can be a little fidgety at times but other than that this thing is perfect.

I was between this tv and the 55 oled. The oled had a better picture but the price was 2k more. Went with the open box 930d and couldn't be happier. Even tried a 3D movie and that was good quality. Very happy

When looking for my next TV I ended up with this Sony XBR. I was interested in features such as High dynamic range, smart TV, 4K & 3D. This TV is amazing what you have calibrated it the picture is phenomenal.

This was a great deal for the quality. Aeasy to use android based smart tv that integreats youtube, netflix hulu and amazon very well. Black levels are really close to my.old plasma and color is really crisp.

We still own our first Bravia, purchased at least 7 years ago. It has now been moved to the bedroom. We were very satisfied with it, and were now ready to go for the larger updated version. Of course, getting a 4K TV meant we needed to update our satellite receiver, for which we were also overdue. 4K programming is very limited at this time, but phasing in like HD did a few years ago. Picture quality is great! Our only complaint (which was quickly fixed) was that after a Feb-17 software update, our Netflix service was unavailable for a week or so. Searching online, there were other complaints about this. Sony jumped in quickly and did another update, and Netflix was back. Overall, loving this new purchase!

The clarity of the picture & the brightness of color is the best I've seen yet ! Best Bang for your Buck! without talking first two of my co-workers bought the same TV and we all share the same opinion!

This 4K SONY TV can be summed up in one word - WOW!!!! Fantastic picture even from non-4K source material thanks to flawless up-converting technology. Don't wait - go SONY 4K today!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Amazing television even three years in. I go to BB all the time to check out the latest and greatest, and I still struggle to fine anything that is head-and-shoulders above this TV. I know that the new gaming consoles are going to create a "need" for a new TV, but that's about the only thing that will show this TV's age. Colors pop. Framerates are terrific. My only knock is that Android TV is brutal. If there was a way to update that to a more useful system, it would be perfect. That said, the new Chromecast with Google TV cures that ill.
