    More disappointed than impressed. Primary complaint is the volume control. There is a major delay between button press and volume level it is very annoying like a super slow computer. Also takes very long to display broadcast digital channel descriptions. My 10 year old Sony TV is much more responsive than this one.

    Tv is too dark. Can’t adjust the brightness. Didn’t like the interface either

      We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your K-65XR50 television being too dark and that the picture adjustments are not meeting your needs. We certainly want you to get the vibrant, beautiful picture quality this TV is known for.

      We would recommend checking a few key settings, as they might be affecting the overall brightness:

      Picture Mode: Ensure the TV is not set to a "Cinema" or "Custom" mode that might prioritize a dimmer, cinematic look. Try switching to "Standard" or "Vivid" to see an immediate boost in brightness.
      Light Sensor/Eco Settings: Check the Ambient Light Sensor (or Eco settings) under Picture or Power settings and make sure it is turned off. When on, this sensor automatically lowers the brightness based on the room light, which can make the screen appear too dark.

      We also regret that you didn't like the interface. We constantly work to improve the user experience, and your feedback has been noted by our design team.

      We sincerely apologize for the frustration of having your new BRAVIA 5 TV stop turning on so soon after purchase, and we understand why you would be discouraged. Since the TV is not powering up, the best first step is to perform a power cycle: please unplug the TV from the wall outlet for at least two minutes, then plug it back in and try turning it on with the power button on the TV itself (not the remote) as a temporary issue might be resolved with a simple reset.

    Best tv if you dont want that expensive OLED tv. The blacks look great for dark shows like daredevil and the walking dead. Shows vibrant colors but dont over saturate them. Sound quality is pretty good for a tv but definitely would upgrade with a soundbar. Remote is one of the best parts with voice command responds overall well with the tv. Gaming looks outstanding and watching movies makes me feel like im in a movie theater. Highly recommended this tv

    Like the television quality. Only one thing to remember is that it is too heavy . Make sure to have the set up steady with such heavy price if hanging on wall

    Missed the mark for us

    Had really high hopes for this TV, but did not live up to expectation. The picture quality if best for streaming services, but if you wanted to watch local stations or if playback any recorded shows it appears less sharp. The sound quality is average as expected. There are delays when switching channels. The remote does not have numbers so you are having to go up/down a lot to change between wide range channels.
