Regarding the intermittent power-offs you experienced shortly after startup, we recommend checking if the "Idle TV Power Off" or "Eco Dashboard" settings are active by navigating to Settings > System > Power and Energy, as these are designed to manage energy efficiency. Additionally, ensuring your software is up to date can often resolve these minor glitches to provide the seamless viewing experience we strive for. You can check for updates going to Settings > System > About > System software update. We are confident these small adjustments will allow you to fully enjoy the stunning brightness and contrast of your Mini LED display.
