Between the Bravia 9 and this i believe the sony Bravia 7 is the better choice than the 9 for better dark details and movie watchers in cinema mode and if your considering something besides OLED, MINI LED is the next best thing in this competition of tv brands and not to mention the colors definitely pop and contrast MUST BUY

About a month later the price of the TV decreased by $100. I got it price matched and was refunded $100. That's what I love about Best Buy. Bravia 7’s picture quality is incredible. It's so bright and sharp. My only complaint is that local dimming makes some scenes so dark it's hard to see the details. It can be remedied though by fine tuning the brightness. A lot of reviews say the viewing angle is disappointing but I watch from an angle all the time and it's not a problem at all. Definitely get the soundbar and subwoofer. This soundbar makes dialogue very clear. The Google TV interface is very easy to set up and use. I’m very happy I got this setup.

Multiple places to purchase this Tv but i had to support Bestbuy where i usually by all my electronics transaction and arrive on schedule this one for you Bestbuy i hope ill be able to buy my next new TV from you guys. Also credit to Sony for making great Tvs for many decades now going back to the triniton.

We were so glad we did. We mostly watch in the evening and it's great to see the level of detail. Sound quality was great, we ended up not installing our sound bar.

For a mini LED, the picture quality is unreal. It works flawlessly with my PS5 and the OS is so much, but more responsive than Samsung's Tizen OS. Now, I wish the TV had four HDMI 2.1 ports and the glare and off angle viewing could be improved, but it's not as bad as some reviewers have made it out to be. Sound quality it good, but I'll continue to use my soundbar for the foreseeable future.

My Sony tv's have all had pleasing, attractive pictures across inputs and this one is just better at all of it and the dimming zones have noticably reduced blooming. The TV is mounted in front of seating for it, so I can't comment on wide viewing angles which are apparently an issue for some but it's a great tv that benefits being priced below the 9, with a wonderful picture for the money. Also, wifi 6 on this one has meant I have seen higher speeds and reliability over a mesh network mostly serving gig fiber to older devices.

The picture quality has improved since the previous generation as well as the standard speakers. Thoroughly pleased with this TV. The only "con" I have is Sony has kind of made it that you want to mess with the seetings you have to do a little more digging around to get where you want to get. And i miss the full aize remote. However my 950G remote qorks with it... So im happy.

Best and brightest tv I've ever owned

I'm coming from Samsung but the screen looks so clear with the stock settings and even better if you calibrate it. The Google TV software works really good and the new update just enhanced it so much better. The speakers aren't to bad good enough but if your an audio geek you might want to invest into surround sound system. This is the brightest TV I've even owned I had to turn it down at night but in the day it's perfect for bright room. All in all I give it a 9/10 due to speakers but do recommend it.

Had the x900 before and was very pleased but knew the current regime would cause massive inflation on pricing. I’m very pleased with the picture and haven’t really had any complaints whatsoever. The picture is crystal clear. The audio works like a plug and play with my sound system. Im most impressed with the OS and the speed at which it works.
