    Was nervous about paying so much for an led tv but this had been great. Features are great. Built in speakers are better than average. And the reduced glare has really been nice.

    Great picture once you find the right mode for the room. Audio quality is solid but still a soundbar is a needed addition. Got the Bravia soundbar 9 and it adds a lot to the experience, especially with teh acoustic center sync feature.

    What a great upgrade to my last Sony tv. It was a 55 inch and I had it for several years. I saw this tv Best Buy had on sale and had to get it. I like all the features and the 65 inch is the perfect size for me to watch.

    I have bought Sony TVs for 20 years, we have 5 totalin our house. Purchased and received this 65” Bravia 7 on Sept 6th. Great picture, however, Nov 14th, it would not power on. Did ALL of the troubleshooting areps with no luck. Called Sony, arranged for repair. Technician installed 1 new board and still no power. Arranged for a second service call and technician installed 2 different boards. That repair worked. December 30th and the TV would not power on again. Did ALL of the trlubleshooting steps AGAIN, still no power. Callrd Sony, representative was td new and old case number, then pased me to the previous representative i worked with on the first repair. No answer, left voucemail. December 31st, i get a call back from a different representative. I told him the history and recent troubleshooting steps. He wasnt listening to me and i asked for another representative. This reprentatove listened but still insisted that i needed to do yet again, “FORCED FACTORY RESET” which i tried 3 times already. Now it is NYE and no one in the office for 2 more days.
