Had to replaced mine after two weeks of use

Literally would not turn on even after trying A, B, C, you name it, everything I found on the internet but no luck. Although can’t be happier with the Best Buy support team as they replaced it within a week and I’m already enjoying my new tv again!

Solid TV, WiFi an issue

Hoping to get that troubleshooted somehow, but it’s very frustrating since that interrupts the show or movie.

The Wi-Fi signal on your TV may drop or intermittently disconnect for various reasons. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV. If you haven't yet, we do have troubleshooting steps that may help resolve some issues, especially if the TV Wi-Fi signal drops or intermittently disconnects from the internet.
