      Regarding the pixels on the TV:
      -You may be seeing one or more of the greater than 2,000,000 dots that make up the composition of your LCD or OLED screen. These dots (pixels) may appear red, green, blue, white, or black.

      High-precision technology is used to manufacture LCD and OLED displays to maintain a high standard of operation. However, with all LCD/OLED screens, regardless of manufacturer, a small number of dots may not change color. This is normal operation for LCD and OLED screens for all manufacturers. Most defects are only noticeable when an all-white or all-black picture is displayed and shouldn't be noticeable under normal operation.

      Because a defective pixel or pixels is normal on all LCD or OLED screens, there's a high chance that a replacement screen may also have them. It's possible that the replacement could have more defective pixels, or the pixels may appear in a more noticeable position.

      Notes:
      -Debris on the screen can appear as dead or defective pixels. Clean the screen thoroughly with a microfiber cloth to confirm whether or not the issue is a defective pixel or due to dirt or debris.
      -Sometimes dead or defective pixels correct themselves over time.

    Don't buy, especially from Best Buy

    Less than 2 years old and the tv quit working. One day we turned it on, a red line appeared and tv shut off, no longer turning on.

    Bad set up on Sony

    Could not get it to go all the way through set up. Geek squad guy came out to look at it and said it was a problem with the software. This was the second one that I got. Same thing on the first one. Not good.

    Sold a tv that does not work

    I only had the TV for three weeks. The TV does not turn on now. Attempted to get a replacement but was told I could not. I have not had a very good experience

    Unbelievable picture. Easy to set up, Google TV interface wise its actually better/more easier to maange and not completely overwhelming as i have read from other reviews and articles) soec wise I am not a pro but i did a ton of research and this really meets or exceeds everything i wanted in my first OLED. I watch a lot of sports and its on another level than my 6 year old Samsung LED. All in all super pleased so far, the picture and interfaces of software (from Sony and Google) have been unexpectedly awesome.

    Living Art, Upscaling, and the Best TV I’ve Ever H

    The colors are bright, the darks are deep, and the details are fine. While 4k and a large screen are each in their own right the experience will fall short without the brilliance of OLED lighting. Setup was easy from unboxing to installing and logging in to applications. With the Google Home app you can control the tv from your phone which is nice for those of us who lose the remote or are too lazy to grab it from the counter. Another feature proprietary to the Sony Bravia series is the 4k upscaling. With this even shows from the 90s don’t lose clarity on the big screen. This is a must for those of us who appreciate the classics. Lastly, there are several pre-installed “living decor” themes that turn the tv into an interactive art piece complete with optional accompanying music. We like to have the monochrome theme up for beautiful black and white photographs to accent the wall. Overall the purchase was well worth it.

    A great entry OLED

    If you are looking for a great OLED and don't want to spend over 2,000 I think this is a great choice. The panel is same as the 2024 it is just missing a few updated "bells & whistlers" that the newer model has. Its blacks are stunning and I have no issue with it not being "bright enough". I am avid sports watcher and this TV is perfect for it. Now if only the sports distributors offered better bit rates to take full advantage of what this TV has to offer. I have played a few video games on it as well and am very pleased with it for story based and more casual games. I have not tried any fast-twitch shooters but it should handle them well based on the specs
