Geek Squad still hasn’t come to install it even after I drove to another store, 40 miles away to pick it up. I’m horribly disappointed in the Geek Squad FAILURE of service!!! Plus the set didn’t come with any instructions.

Except, there are significant volume differences when channels are changed, which did not occur before. Also, I would have thought the cables behind the TV would have been hidden rather than just hanging out. Installation got the job done, but not the quality I was expecting.
