    I have been sony customer for like last 14 years and using sony products.Good tv but wifi is horrible my programs on Netflix and Disney plus taking lot of time to load and buffer every 1 minute. Called customer service but no support at all. Never had complaint but this is the first time i am seeing this issue.

    Connectivity issues, turns off on its own, blank screen. Best Buy replaced the tv right after I got it. Best Buy knows about the connectivity issue with this model. Replaced part once. Problems have reoccurred.

    A year and a half after purchase, the tv is blinking red and will not turn on and it is only a 1 year warranty. I googled it and it is very common in Sony TVs

    Worst TV I ever bought!!! The thing is totally dead after less than 2 years. Best Buy will not fix it without a ridiculous service charge! DON"T EVER BUY ONE OF THESE LOUSY TVS!!!

    I bought this tv July 3rd 2021 and I’m at the best buy today July 30th 2022 with a store credit that wasn’t as much as I payed for this tv which only lasted me 1 year and 3 weeks before it completely went black. This tv is only warrantied for 1 year exactly, so make sure to by the extended warranty for sure with Sony tv’s. I loved this tv until last week when lines started showing up on my screen. Than it stopped working completely.

    TV had a white vertical stripe for a week before it died. The TV is 15 months old, and Sony won't help because it is out of their 12 month warranty period.
