Crystal clear picture with natural color and true blacks. I had been a Samsung fan for years but the blacks were patchy despite good pictures. The Bravia is far superior for the best deep colors. Great for movies. The natural TV sound is actually very good. I did pair it with a soundbar but you may want to try it without the soundbar to start depending on what you watch most.

This tv is beautiful, perfect for streaming, 4k Blu rays, and gaming. PS5 gameplay is night and day difference from my old TCL. Dolby Vision support looks amazing, and the built in sound is the best I've heard from just a tv! It can get very bright for an OLED tv too! I'm very happy with this purchase after comparing with the LG C1 for a while!

I love this tv. I first started watching Yellowstone on this tv. It’s incredible. Like nothing I have ever seen before. It’s just breathtaking and beautiful. You really feel like you are fully immersed in the shows. Very easy to set up, and exceeded my expectations

The Sony A80J is much nicer than the LG C1 that it replaced. Picture is better and controls/menu are easier. I had always read that the A80J outperformed the LG C1 but I went for the $300 savings. A lightning bolt gave me the chance to see that the $300 was worth the differance. BB was great getting my new replacement to me and installed quickly.

We've had the TV for a few weeks now, it's taken that long to stop zoning out on the amazing color and image quality. My husband likes the processing speed, which can handle sports and action movies. It does make a difference, the action is crisper and easier to follow. The user interface is well designed and intuitive as well. We're very pleased with this TV.

Best TV I have owned, great picture , easy to use . BB delivered and set it up with the basics and hooked up my Bose sound bar. All is well in my man cave. I adjusted the picture to my liking and watched a few 8K and 4K movies on utube, just can't get over how great the picture is!!! So far I am very happy with this purchase and I'm hoping it will be as reliable as my previous Sony TVs.

We went from a 2019 Samsung 4K HDR TV to this Sony and could not be happier. The picture quality is top notch and has solid blacks instead of dark grays like our old TV. The only issue is that it doesn't get too bright and the white levels on some videos are more like a very very light shade of gray sometimes. It also has a very good speaker system for such a flat TV. Highly Recommended!

Great TV at a great price point! Easy to use and mount to the wall.

From selecting the right tv to getting it installed, Best Buy and Geek Squad were top shelf. Again. At the time of purchase, they asked the right questions. Both associates steered me to the best fit instead of the highest price. What I ended up getting was certainly a higher-ticket item, but it wasn't the most expensive. There were too many to choose from, but after a few minutes, we narrowed it down to the right product. I have been a longtime user of their Geek Squad plan. They shared with me a particular plan that would cover the installation as well as removal of two prior big screen tv's I needed to get rid of at some point. Without the plan, I would have spent more to get it installed and to dispose/recycle the old tv's. That's great value. At the time of install, we came across problems. The two Geek Squad techs found ways to make it work. I needed a replacement mount for the old one, which I thought we could use. It turns out the mount was twisted and rusted. They happened to have another mount with them, which they installed. Yes, I had to pay for it but it was better than using the old bad mount or having to acquire another mount and reschedule the install. It could have been disappointing. Instead, Best Buy did their job and we were watching movies that night on our new OLED tv. Almost all my Best Buy experiences are like this story.

This is a fantastic tv. Picked this up for my parents because the Q90T (tv I bought a few months before this) was out of stock and I was blown away. It being OLED gives a nice picture and the Dolby Atmos built in is a nice touch. Setup was easy and connecting to a sound bar was easy too. Found this on sale but even with full price.

I have been looking at Sony OLED TV's for a few months now, thinking I would wait til Black Friday to purchase. To my surprise these A80J models went on sale a couple weeks ago, low enough for me to pull the trigger and purchase. I first bought the 77" model, wanting a bigger TV then the Sony 65" I was replacing, but after purchasing online then going to the store and actually seeing how much bigger it was, we decided to go back to the 65" and it was the right choice. This TV is beautiful right out of the box, haven't touched a setting at all. Watching the NLCS or any NFL game is like being there. Hooked up my Sony 4K DVD player, my PS5 and my Samsung sound bar and they all look and sound great. Cant say enough about this TV, so glad I purchased this over another LED. One other quick thing, the speakers on this TV are much better than other previous flat screen I have owned.

Wow! What a fantastic tv and picture. After holding off and talking myself out of an upgrade for several years, I finally treated myself to a top of the line screen. Jumping from a 50" 1080p to a 4K OLED HDR panel was always going to be a big leap in quality, but I am absolutely stunned. Everything is so sharp. Contrast and blacks are great. Gaming on my PS5 is smooth. Just love this tv.

Between this one and the LG, I picked this one A80J. After about 6 months of research and hours of youtube watching, I was going to get an OLED tv. The price for a 65 inch TV is the same (right now) so that wasn't a decision that needed to be made. The Sony comes with ATSC 3.0, which is 4k over the air, when it is available in the area. Otherwise, I could not tell the difference between the two TVs after many hours of viewing at BESTBUY (with various shows, sports and movies), over the course of the last three months. I probably don't have the perfect eye for a perfect TV, but this TV is gorgeous. After setup, and yes each app needs to be logged in but most can be logged in on a computer and a key is sent to the TV by wifi or ethernet, everything worked flawlessly. First movie we watched was Black Widow and looks like we wont' be back to the movie theaters for along time. The sound is OK, but I have been using a 5.1 Sony receiver for the last year which is a huge improvement (The A80 recognizes the receiver and connected perfectly). Celebrate the Holidays Early!

I truly am impressed! The video image output from this TV is as they say visually stunning. I may not be a visually discerning videophile as some people are, but I couldn't be more pleased with any of the content I have watched on it so far. This includes 4K UHD, Blu-Ray, and DVD. Thus far I have been unable to stream any content but will do so in the near future. Given the TV's past performance I'm sure I will be pleased with streaming results as well. I've only had this product for a short time and have not totally learned every facet about it. Having said that I feel product use has been easy and straightforward. I've seen it said that some say this model of TV is not the best compared to other brands for gaming. This may be true for hardcore gamers but at my level I'm sure I will be more than pleased based on its past performance. I'm also satisfied very much so with the Esthetics and build quality. As far as the sound performance is concerned I am only using the TV itself so far. I am really loving the volume output as well as the richness of sound. I must say that the TV itself is just one part of the equation. So in full disclosure, I have paired this product with a Panasonic DP-UB9000. Concerning the TV itself if you are wanting a wonderful picture and sound, I say go for it! Very worth it for the price!
