    I love this TV, my favorite part of this tv is the imax enhanced work perfect with my Disney+. I would like to thank Bestbuy sales associates that assist me on which tv to purchase. Bestbuy is always been my electronic store to go to since 2003.

    My OLED panel started to fail a little over a year after purchase. Apparently the issue I’m having with my TV isn’t isolated. (Picture of faded bar on panel attached). I called Sony for help and they sent me a link to a repair shop 2 hours from my house and hung up. Looks like I’m out $2000. Hard lesson learned with Sony.
