Brandi W and Justin at the College Park location were excellent. The open box item - excellent, did not have anything except the TV. No power cord, remote, or stand. They tried to find the items, however could not and Brandi took the time to slightly discount the item since they could not find replacement items.

Only complaint is that access to canned websites (e.g., Netflix, YouTube), is easy but free form web access is poor. My LG was better in this way.
