However, my satisfaction with the product is more than offset by my dissatisfaction with Geek Squad. Trying to communicate with their representatives is an exercise in futility. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve my issue over the phone and have had at least three individuals tell me that they would get my issue resolved. Yet here I am over two weeks later with no progress or follow through whatsoever. This will significantly influence my buying decisions re: Best Buy in general, and I will never purchase Geek Squad coverage if I do happen to make another purchase.

The TV is astonishing with a phenomenal picture but the install experience made the tv experience even better. We looked at competitors OLED's and went with the recommendation from the Magnolia team and are glad we did.
