It has connection problems, sometimes the TV disconnects from the Wi-Fi, from what I have found in Google it is a defect in these TVs The image quality of the TV is very good, of course, if your input signal to the TV is at least Full HD, otherwise if the input signal is bad, the quality will be like any other TV

To minimize Wi-Fi connection drop-outs, make sure Remote start is set to off (default is off):
-On the supplied remote, press the (Quick Settings) button, then select → Settings → Network & Internet → Remote start → Off.
Note: Setting Remote start to off may prevent Amazon Alexa (Echo device) or the Google Nest device from turning your TV on or off with verbal commands.
