Picture went blank at 14 weeks, can't get new TV!

Great picture, but the TV went blank at 14 weeks. BestBuy would not help me; said to call Sony. So much for the service contract. Sony verified TV was defective and said they would ship a new TV. 3 weeks later, the shipment is lost. No response from Sony, except they will contact us. Shipping company says "we don't know where it is." The Geek Squad said they would have to charge us if they stepped in, even though we paid for the tech contract. It was a waste of money for BestBuy service contract and Total Tech membership. I live in the second largest city in Colorado, and Sony has no service shops in the area. What a nightmare, but I still loved the picture when the TV was working!

Was in excellent condition and came with everything except the remote but for half the price I didn’t mind. So glad I went with Sony because I fell in love with their interface and control. Visuals look amazing on this Tv can’t go wrong with it.

It has two hdmi 2.1 output.. there should’ve been 4 inputs of hdmi 2.1 and remote felt cheap and looks cheap. When watching a film or tv show it looks amazing, but the HDR I would rate it 4/5.. it could’ve been brighter also on the video games too.. but this tv is still amazing for the price alone. The build of the tv felt very very high quality. If you want everything you are looking for.. then the master class is the one to go with but… it’s too expensive.
