    I was looking for a OLED TV's. I had Samsung for 9 years very good picture but software was not good. Got Sony 65 A80L OLED4K very love it. People saying its dark but not at all, its in a living room with big windows.

    I’ve had Sony tVs for decades and they have by far outlasted Any other brands I’ve owned which is why I stayed with Sony. I liked the idea of the voice activated control. The “Hey Google” worked for a while great and then it stopped. Had geek squad come out they did everything they could but my phone could not even connect to it either. I ended up replacing it with another one. The TV is great, but has some software issues. I stuck with the same TV, hoping that this one will not have any problems and maybe I just got a faulty one.

    Great tv. Bad software. The first software update ruined the voice features. I had to do a workaround and uninstall all updates to fix the issue. Not a great start for such an expensive tv.

      -Unplug the television power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet.
      -Let the television remain without power for 2 minutes.
      -Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet.
