Geek Squad did a great job getting it in and hooked up. We got a 3.1 Sony soundbar with it, so I can't speak to the TV's speakers. I had to give sound a rating, so I just picked 4 stars, but the built-in speakers could be better than that. Remote was intuitive because we're used to Google Chromecast remotes. One of the reasons we went with Sony was to get Google TV built in. Color and clarity are great. We upgraded from a 15-year-old Sharp LCD, so this picture blows us away with the big beautiful 65-inch OLED screen.

Compared this TV to many others and highly recommend it! If I had a bigger house, I would buy more of these. Use it almost exclusively for my PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Ok, and I may binge some Disney+, Max, and Netflix for way too long as well…
